My husband is a massive European soccer fan but finding him the shirts he wants here in New Zealand is a major challenge. He loves watching Serie A and Bundesliga and his favourite teams are Palermo and Borussia Dortmund but I could not find them anywhere except online. I was a bit worried about ordering from a UK site as I thought shipping would be slow, but I was really surprised and happy when it arrived in just 9 days. He was delighted with the jerseys and really impressed I was able to find them. My experience with this company has been very positive and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Thank god I didnt listen to some bad new seen on some review website. I contacted there customer service team and go in contact with Daniel who was really ice and helpful. Had great service and would be happy to use service as asked for printed shirt and got it in 2 days of ordering GREAT SERVICE.

I ordered ajax training polo on 11 februar. Just got it after few days. Quick, fast and reliable. Exactly what i wanted:)

This company scams overseas customers by sending incomplete or cheap substitute items. Link to their return form on website gives you webpage error message. I had to dispute through paypal just to have contact with uksoccershop, even with a picture of the item I received they do not admit error. I paid to return item with tracking which costs 60.00 CAD Received confirmation that they received return which they are now denying and they are not issuing me a refund. I now have no merchandise and am out of pocket 160.00. I filed a report with UK police: action fraud.police.uk please do the same you are a victim of fraud. This company is making lots of money with this scam and they need to be stopped

I warn anyone who decides to order from the UKSoccershop. The customer service is actually horrendous. I ordered my son a jersey from them for Christmas. They sent the wrong size. It was very straightforward. I ordered a large and they sent a medium. This is the text copied directly from my order history:

After over a month of emails back and forth, I finally received this email after submitting a ticket to their customer service:
"Hi Jennifer,

We have sent you exactly what you ordered. It is your own arrogance which has made you think that a UK site will trade in US sizes.

You are welcome to return if not suitable.

Simon"

The tag on the item we had received clearly stated US Size M (medium)
I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life. Please order your soccer items from another retailer if you want to be happy with your purchase. This was very upsetting and disappointing.

Very quick efficient service, received my printed shirt within four days on priority request.

Refused to refund me back returned item, they lied saying they had refunded me when they hadn't, shoddy merchandise, poor rude service, avoid at all costs, criminals

II must have read this reviews earlier. I have the same situation. While making the payment there was a kind of error. So I decided the payment did not go through and decided not to buy. But later it appeared the money was taken from my account, but I never received anything. As there are no contacts mentioned. I post them a letter by post. No one replied. Then I found the email. Since then I have been trying to speak to SIMON and Biju Peter. JUST IGNORE, nothing more. I sent them the details of transactions, and a copy of statement but they keep telling me, They persuade me, they do not see. And blame me in cheating them

Excellent service, received my items in good quality with fast delivery.

I have had very poor service form UK Soccer Shop. They are miss leading with the descriptions of goods, & have failed to send my full order. Once I contacted them regarding my issues. I was met with a very abrupt series of emails, with which I had a continued correspondence. When I asked for a refund for my missing goods, and for a shirt I didn't order, I have been sent a generic response in the same conversation! Which show this company doesn't value their customers & gain money under false pretence. I would advise everyone to avoid dealing with this company!

Fast delivery to Dubai! Hard to find these jerseys in local shop so had to buy online. Bought 6 kits, paid £18 for DHL shipping and got in just 3 days.
