Ordered and paid for a full Messi childs kit for my son. The size was out of stock, but a customer representative called me to offer alternative and after their help on sizing it turned out I was ordering the wrong size anyway so it worked out well! Ordered received exactly as expected in just 2 days. Good service.

I purchased a track suit from UKSoccershop and never received my order. After months of haggling Biju Peter for a refund (after he confirmed and acknowledged that the order was not sent and stated that I would receive a refund) he simply stopped all contact with me. Repeated emails for months thereafter were ignored and in the end I never received my order or refund (the price of which was quite substantial I might add). I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service when dealing with any other company (online or in person) in my life. I would never recommend this site or company to anyone and discourage those who are contemplating using their services. It is a pathetic excuse for a company. Do not use!

I paid for a soccer jersey from UK SoccerShop and this company sent it to the wrong address. When I followed it up, they would not resend the item again and Biju Peter expected me to chase the item at the wrong address they sent it to.

This was a mistake that UK Soccer Shop made not me. Biju Peter continued to ignore my emails when I specifically asked for the details of the complaints department. There is also no phone number for head office to call in regards to any orders, only a email address. This company is not trustworthy. Please do not buy from this web site.

I ordered a youth jersey from uksoccershop.com from the US and received a medium size when I had ordered large. The customer service rep, Biju Peter, had the temerity to tell me that medium on the jersey size tag meant it was large in the UK. But the funny thing is that the jersey is from the UK, which should mean the size for that country should be on the tag. In this case, it is medium. There has been no reply from Mr. Peter for the last two days and I am really annoyed about this. Never will I order from this company again and I am advising others to learn from my experience and stay away. This is a "fly-by-night" operation with non-existent customer service. All the stuff about 1000% satisfaction guarantee is just a sham.

On the 20th of April I ordered a Holland blue polo shirt, it didn't seem to arrive after a period of time, I eventually found out it was on back order! Would have been nice to receive an email letting me know of the hold up, and if I was interested in any other colours perhaps if they were in stock, or how long I may have to wait for the shirt to arrive in the Uk, and then get sent to me! Still as of yet I have not been contacted by them in any way, and there seems to be no number to ring them on to actually speak to a real person to try to clear this up, I have sent an email but got no reply!

I am eating humble pie as I attempted to back out my order after reading the negative reviews on this site and I told UKSOCCERSHOP as such. They continued to be polite to me throughout and got on with delivering the order to the delight of my son on his 7th birthday. I am sorry UKSOCCERSHOP and I am man enough to admit when i'm wrong. I learnt my lesson on being spooked by negative internet reviews. Buy from these guys with confidence

I received a replica jersey but the jersey didn't match the advertised images on the website. It was missing two critical patches. When I pointed this out to their "customer service" I kept receiving questions about some code - I sent pictures and the UPC number but their replies were things like "where is this code from" "what code is this". They have the order number and pictures I've sent - no acknowledgement of this. Message arrive back every 3-4 days, slower than actual snail mail. Images on the site continue to advertise a different jersey than they are actually shipping. Who knows how many other jerseys are wrong... BEWARE!

I placed an order from this site to buy myself an Nike FC Barcelona shoe bag, I later on search for some reviews and they weren't so good so I though I was going to get scam, I email the uksoccershop helpdesk and they told me to wait 5-7 days and that no tracking number will be provided, I was scared, I placed my order on Feb. 11 and it came on Feb. 25, shipping took longer than expected, and they are not scammers, they got great deals and prices. I suggest buyers to only buy 'In stock' items ONLY from this site.

It was nearly a month before I received a reply to my initial email regarding my shipment status; it was never delivered after two months. It was nearly two months after that before I was told I that I would receive a full refund. However, the refund never came and continued attempts to get a hold of the company (specifically a "Biju Peter") have remained unsuccessful. They stopped all communications with me after they stated they would refund my money for the order. 9 months after I initially ordered my product and still nothing. Uksoccershop is a pathetic excuse for a company with terrible customer service. Heed this warning! Do not waste your time or money on this poorly run company.

I ordered items off this site still have not arrived and are stating they were dispached! Which seems to be what they are telling everone but providing no tracking order!
Im going to take this to the police and consumer direct as this is wrong!
It would hugly help if some of you would email myself so I cam open a case with more evidence!
