Delighted with my purchase from UKSoccershop. Bought a Chelsea shirt and customised it with Eden Hazard printing and Champions sleeve patches. The goods arrived in 2 days and were 100% authentic and high quality. Very pleased with the speed of delivery and the authenticity of the product and will be using again come Christmas time.

I order a L size kit. I paid $45 for express delivery. After confirmation, my order status was changed to pre-order and finally arrived over a month later. Unfortunately, the wrong size was sent. The customer service department is a brick wall and refuses to refund or exchange the kit despite the fact that I have sent photographic evidence and opened a Paypal dispute. This is my worst online shopping experience that I have had.

I ordered two shirts for my twin boys and had their name put on the back of them. The website told me I would receive within 7 days but I actually got them in just 2 days! The printing was authentic and very nicely done and the price was reasonable to. Have signed up for email notification and will shop with them again at Christmas.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. I needed a kit for my son's birthday after being let down by another company. I spoke to a staff member on live chat about my situation and he explained to me how to process my order in a way he would personally handle. True to his word the shirt was dispatched less than an hour after I placed the order and I received it next day. I could not ask for a better service and he really dug me out a hole!

I was recommended by my friend to buy from this shop and I placed order for four football kits which were delivered to me in 2 days. I am very happy with the quality of this shop and I will buy from them again at Christmas time for my brother and cousin.

I am a huge football fan, but in my country Luxembourg it is hard to find shirts of the popular soccer teams. I am a fan of Arsenal, Aletico Madrid and Napoli and I found all the jerseys on this page.

At shipping it gave me two options and I chose the DHL option. The next day, my orders were delivered! I was so happy.

My experience with this page was very good and I recommend to all my friends.

Excellent service as in quality of goods. Very Very poor service in relation to customer service. Its impossible to reach them or chat to them when you have a question. No email, no contact number. I paid for one day delivery that took 4, but no way of asking for a refund as all email kept coming back, and when it said reply to this email, again it wasn't available. Although as i said the quality was good i could never use them again due to not knowing how to contact them. A shame really. They need to improve 100% their customer service
