Very Very Bad shopping experience regarding the football shirts I purchased from a company called UKSoccershop in the UK which appear to be faulty. I have contacted the company asking for a refund but the company have not been forthcoming since November last year.
Unfortunately, as I appear to be resident in Hong Kong, I was unable to get assistance from any authority in UK or EU directly.
I have emailed the company regarding the damage to the shirts but still no feedback from this company. And I was told by the European Consumer Centre if you are unable to reach a suitable resolution you may ultimately have to take court action to do so.
OMG! A simple shopping behaviour will only lead to a court action to solve a minor problem. The only way I can do is writing in the Chinese forum and to tell all the overseas potential buyers not to try this UK online soccer shop.
Anyone can have a better idea are welcome!
Purchased a Real Madrid top for my sons 9th birthday and chose to have it personalised. Excellent job, but disappointed with the length of time for delivery. Decided to pay for 1-2days delivery in the hope it would arrive in time, but sadly it took 4 days therefore didn't get it in time for a birthday surprise. Overall great product. Will definitely use the site again but will be sure to leave ample time for delivery.

Having moved to China, it is difficult for me to get the latest Arsenal gear but having found UK Soccer Shop, I am able to buy virtually the whole range of Puma merchandise. Delivery to China takes about 2 weeks but never had any problems in three orders so far. Fingers crossed this review doesn't jinx that haha!
Bought a kit age 7-8. Kit arrives and the shirt is 2-3 inches shorter than expected (my sons older kits from when he was younger are bigger than this kit) and the top also has a burn mark. They never sent the order by recorded delivery as stated on their website and there was no dispatch email. Also there was no delivery note in the package. I submitted a request to pay the extra and exchange to a bigger size and was told no as the kit has printing on it (although I never at any stage clicked to have additional printing). Won't use this company again. Stuck with a kit that is too short and has a burn on it. Makes me now realise why they 'forgot' to put the paperwork in with my order which would allow me
To get a refund! :(
Nothing bad to say about this store as my order was great quality with authentic shirt printing and fast delivery. Can't ask for much more really.
