I ordered a Bulgarian football shirt on 31/5 it arrived on 24/6.3 and a half weeks was a long time to wait. I understand it's coming from oversees and then it seems like they print on the shirt once it gets to UK?
It's a very long process but the shirt is good. Material quality doesn't seem amazing for the price if I'm honest.
I did email asking for an update and got a response and did also receive an email confirming the type of lettering on the shirt I wanted. This is the reason for the 4 stars

Be careful, their name/number printing on the jersey does not use the official print but fan print. It looks similar but if you look closely, the texture is different from the official ones and there is no club crest. They don't mention this anywhere on their website. I have bought jerseys from multiple US websites and all use official print. I bought two jerseys from them before I found this out. I contacted them and they basically said I was buying what's pictured on the website and refused to do anything. Shame on me. Also, their printing price is not any cheaper compared to the ones using the official prints. I bet there are a lot of buyers don't even realize this.

I ordered a Man Utd Football Shirt with next day delivery paid for - it was a Fathers Day present. It hasnt arrived. Emailed them multiple times. Tried calling on their number - "Voicemail box full!" This is always a huge Red Flag!
I informed my bank through my app and they have refunded the money in 2 days, I advise everyone to do this - click on the transaction and follow the steps to raise a query and explain the issue. Also remember to write about all the other complaints people have made against them. I didnt read reviews befroehand - wont make that mistake again.

Ive ordered items and received them ok, but when returning sizes that didn't fit correctly, they told me they had refunded me, but they lie and never actually refund the items to your account,& then stop replying to your questions and ignore the problem. Im currently going through a bank dispute to get my money back, Avoid them at all costs

I ordered a top for my son but the wrong item was sent (a Nike Younger kids Small (rather than the Older kids Small as was indicated on the website). The company agreed to the refund, including reimbursement of the return shipping costs if I included proof of postage. Despite them confirming that the full refund (item + shipping + return postage) would be processed on 19-May, I have received nothing from them and they are no longer responding to emails. I will pursue via PayPal, but for everyone else deciding whether to give them your money… STEER CLEAR!

Ordered a printed tshirt which came in around 10 days. Took longer than I had hoped but it looks good and size seems fine. Printing looks good.

Very happy with the 3 t$#*!s I have recieved. They look fantastic. Not very helpful with communication or updates regarding orders, ordered on 17th May and recieved yesterday. Hoping they wash well as they look amazing and look very good quality.

Shipping was promised between 2 - 5 days and took two over weeks. 3 weeks total for the package to arrive in Canada from the UK. Attempts to complain during the process were met with dismissive indifference. Shirt arrived in flimsy packaging - literally a plastic bag. Not kidding. Shirt material quality was something you might expect from a made-in-China pack of 5 undershirts for 20 bucks off Amazon. So thin, it's almost see-through. And their sizing info is wrong. Shirt is too small even though I erred on the side of the larger of two possible options. I'll be amazed if it doesn't disintegrate at the first wash. Waste of time, waste of money. Live and learn.

Dont buy from here they never reply and order takes more than 3 months to arrive.

I submitted my order for an Arsenal tshirt as a present on the 25 of December at it only arrived on Mid-March and I had to send +10 emails to them to demand the delivery.

They always reply standard answers and you cannot reach them by phone.

Is a complete scheme with terrible customer service and delivery time

I placed an order for three football shirts for my son and then read the reviews on here, fearing the worst. However, the service exceeded my expectations. The order was delivered the following working day, was well packaged and contained authentic shirts.

Ordered for Christmas delivery and paid extra for it to arrive on time, I ordered shirt on 10th December in which it claimed immediate dispatch and next day delivery - it didn't come until 20th January. When it finally did arrive the shirt was faulty with the printing already coming off, not sure if the shirt itself was even real. Had to pay to return the faulty item myself, it's now March and I still don't have a refund. So much hassle for a faulty product to be delivered and still don't have my money back, just don't bother ordering from here!

Although these aren't original and are quite pricey for a non-original product it is a decent copy and decent material. Not washed it yet though. Boy is happy with it I suppose that's all that matters!

I really struggled getting the 2018/19 ManUtd and this site had it albeit preowned. It did however have a foul smell. I am definitely buying from this site again but perhaps brand new instead.

They sent the wrong size and refuse to acknowledge that, insulting me rather than helping. Horrible.
