The quality of the shirt looks very good, delivery was as expected, very satisfied.
This was not a cheap shirt but the finished article would appear to justify the price!

Ordered a Paraguay shirt for my son's Christmas present, arrived with a week, looks great, will deffo order from them again.

I put a order in on the 26th of November the website says three to five days for delivery it is now the 14th and December and I still haven't received I tried for 2 days to get in touch with UK's soccer shop the phone number on the website is not in service I tried tracking the order which also doesn't work I finally got in touch yesterday by email for UK soccer shop to now say that my order will not be here for 5 to 6 weeks which it doesn't say anything about that delivery time on there website.i cancel my order, for UK soccer shop to say that I will receive my refund in 5 to 7 days which is not acceptable

Avoid, they will take your money and your shipping fee regardless of it being expedited and will do everything they can to make excuses while they let you know the shipping rather than 2 to 3 days will be over a month and will not cancel an order that hasn't even fully processed. Forget about trying to plan around a holiday or in this case Christmas they will not follow through the customer service is awful.

I was waiting for the product for a year. They said it arrived but the post office said it never arrived and demanded that they send a reference number, they never did. They made me chase them for a year and promised that the product would be returned and delivered again. Since then I've been chasing them, they refuse to refund and they are not helping to solve it. Worst service I ever received.

I placed an order with UKSoccershop on 22/11 for two football shirts that wasn't cheap, I chose my delivery. I got the obligatory order confirmation email and was told to expect fast delivery.
Over a week later and my shirts are still being processed. I requested an update via their site and nothing. I then filled out the form they provide on the site and nothing so I emailed and still nothing, so I called the number provided on the website and low and behold no dialling tone!
I then went on to send a further email and to no surprise I get nothing.
As the football tops are presents and I need them ASAP I tried to cancel my order so I can get a refund and nope, I can't do that either.
This company are scammers! Once you've placed an order that's it, that's your money gone with no way of contacting them for a refund.
Honestly I don't know how this company is still allowed to operate, the owner should be in jail for all the scamming.
I advise everyone to stay well away from this site..

Showing an item in stock in the size I wanted for my son for his birthday in 6 days. Was £10 more than any other site but they were showing stock available for instant delivery within the time frame. Paid an extra £5 for delivery to ensure it would arrive in time so now £15 more than anywhere else. Placed the order, had a message saying they were processing it and checking their warehouse before taking payment. Then they took payment and emailed to say item available and order confirmed. The next day I had a message of them saying sorry the item is out of stock and they cannot honour my order and a refund will be issued in 5 working days! That has now left me unable to order from elsewhere in time and without the money to even do so as by the time I get a refund his birthday would have passed. Will never use or recommend these to anyone.

It's came very fast, however no name or number as I thought I requested. I think was my fault, but overall, the service is really good.

I ordered a jersey from this site and never creceived confirnation email but they took the 71.23 from my account. Ive constantly tried contacting customer care but it just says number invalid. Ive emailed them 30 times but only reply is off some randomly different person each time and they say that you need order number from confirmation email but they dont give you confirmation email. But they will take your money. A total scam. Atay away from this site

Really like the product -good quality hoodie with Palestine flag beautifully printed (very small defect in one area) but still looks great.
Would happily recommend.

Easy purchase- quick and reliable delivery, had adequate stock unlike other placed but slightly more expensive.

I ordered a personalised McLaren polo shirt, printed with 3 initials on.
I love the shirt and what a great idea to be able to personalise it.
The only reason I haven't given this review 5 stars is due to the length of time it took from placing my order, to receiving it, this needs improving in order for me to consider buying further items.
Otherwise, a great online store, prices are fair, based on everywhere else, and the online communication was great.

We purchased a custom Scotland jersey in April 2023. We never received the product, requested multiple times for a replacement or refund, and still have not received the product or refund. We have initiated complaints and requests for help and have been told that we are "outside the timeframe" which is non existent in the policies online.

Surprised by how quick the shirt was delivered, and it was also very good quality. Would definitely recommend.

This shop is a scam! Did not receive my order and did not get a refund! They are not responding to my emails, scam!

Fantastic range of items on sale. Pricing is a bit high but understandable as some of the lines are either discontinued or very hard to get hold of. Would have rated 5/5 if there was a bigger range for my club.

Hi I love my new Sheffield Wednesday football t-shirt but I did smell a bit like someone near by the t-shirt was smoking a cigarette I did to spray my deodorant on it before wearing it the next day at work!
