DO NOT SHOP with this bunch of unprofessional rip off merchants. Totally disgusting behaviour. I ordered a shirt with a player's name on at the start of January. After several days I still had no order confirmation or number. I emailed and got no reply. It was a birthday present so I ordered elsewhere and emailed again stating I was cancelling my order and wanted a refund. It's been well over a month - I don't have the shirt and I haven't had a refund. They keep emailing now saying I can't have a refund. The emails are rude and inaccurate. I would seriously recommend this scam company any be avoided.

I ordered a personalised Real Madrid football kit for sons 21st Birthday - he is on exchange in Madrid. Waited over 2 weeks for the kit to arrive but well worth the wait - very pleased!

Only reservation is that when clicking next day delivery it means next day after arrival in the country. So sill took 2weeks.

My order missing since Sept 2022. Was an Xmas gift for a friend kids. What a total rip off and literally no help despite multiple requests for resend or refund. AVOID

Ordered two Colombia football shirts in size
XXL and they where two different sizes
1 too big & 1 too small

My mother in law ordered a football shirt on 8 October 2022 for my sons birthday on 17 December 2022. Here we are on 29 January 2023 and still no shirt.
Their mailbox is full and cannot accept calls. They do not respond to any emails not even an acknowledgement of them. We emailed again yesterday.
We have demanded a refund ( they took the payment on 10 October 2022)
The 30th birthday has come and gone so the shirt is no good to us. Losing £75 is a lot to my 80 year old mother in law.
If someone from this appalling company reads this- SORT THIS OUT!
Please do not buy from this company. Next stop is Watchdog.

Done an order early December for a Xmas present and only received it yesterday (14/1/23) no good to me now. Very bad communication

We ordered a personalized youth jersey in youth size Large and received a youth size medium. Customer service could only be reached via email; there was no number to call. They would not make the exchange claiming that the youth size large I ordered (I literally choose the "large" size from the drop down menu and my order form says youth size large) corresponds to a medium. There seemed to be absolutely NO reasoning to this; I ordered a size large and expected the jersey to say "large." If they want their "large" to correspond to "medium" dimensions, then it should be listed that way on the sizing drop down menu. Also, the personalized print color did not match the other print - it was so off. Looked like a total fake. Spent $100 and was a total waste of money. Do NOT order from this shop. Inconsistent sizing, poor print quality, and extremely poor customer service.

Poor customer service. Offer product quickly. Told of holiday delays. It is now March 9.2023 after a December 17,2022 order. No product. No contact after email in January string holiday delays. Do NOT order from them

I ordered Christmas presents worth of $200 for my kids. According to the website everything was in stock. I placed the order on November 29 but sadly, my kids never received their presents. Today, is December 28 and we they have not even shipped my order. The customer support is pretty HORRIBLE. They are not even willing to cancel my order.

Do not buy from this website, I ordered a brazil jersey from this website. The Jersey is completely fake the badge is sewed on poorly, the print of the player name and number are completely crooked and can be peeled off easily. On top of all of that the customer service is no help and doesn't even speak english. If you are interested In quality jerseys avoid this website at all costs.

Took longer than anticipated to arrive, but considering the postal strikes and the fact that it came from an overseas supplier i recieved my top Christmas eve. I recieved a timely reply to my e-mail regarding delivery times and was overall pleased with the outcome. Would use again.

Do not order from this company. I placed an order on 15/12/22 and got a dispatch email the following day with next day delivery. It's now 28/12/22 and it's not been delivered and tracking hasn't been updated. Evri say they have never received the parcel and Uksoccer shop customer service just make excuses about deliveries taking longer just now. I live close to their warehouse in Stepps so went along but it was deserted and security told me they always have people along looking for them who haven't received their orders.

I ordered on the 19th to get a football jersey and paid for next day delivery - what a joke! Today is the 27th and still no sight of the football shirt. Terrible customer service as the can't even give you an update on the status of your order!

Top quality item, received before Christmas despite issues with high demand and mail strikes. Contacted UK Soccer and they replied quickly and were very helpful.

This guy is an absolute fraudster, you will be fed a whole lot of lies why your tracking number doesn't work but the reality is you have been scammed!
