I ordered more than a week ago a Jersey for my son for Christmas. Paid for 2 day shipping. I have contacted company several times and they say they cannot provide status updates nor cancel the order or refund shipping charge. I think this store may be fraudulent and if I ever do receive the jersey I paid for - then what terrible business they do! Stay away! Find a legitimate soccer shop that can locate your order based on the order number - not a response like " it's like finding a needle in a haystack "! Yep that is what I was actually told by email from uksoccer!

Was really worried that I had ordered from a scam website to start with. I had no email to say that my order was ready for dispatch. Tried calling & got a full mail box! Sent email & hoped for the best. I was emailed back a couple of days later & my order arrived a few days after that. Really impressed with the quality & will use this site again & again

I ordered a shirt on the 13th November for the country I pulled out of a sweep stake, which is what we had all agreed to. I paid additional for a 48 hour tracked delivery. On the 19th November I notification that the shirt would be delivered on the 22nd (not the 48 hours paid for, but still in time for the world cup), the parcel did not turn up, I contacted the Royal Mail who gave me a reference number and asked me to chase UK soccer shop, which I did. I had no response from UK soccer shop other than to say they would keep me informed. I have had no correspondence from either the Royal Mail or UK Soccer Shop since then, until Monday 19th December (the day after the world cup had finished and frankly the shirt is of no use to me anymore), when they state that the parcel has arrived back with them and if I pay a further £3.95 they will arrange for the parcel to be delivered. I have understandably told them to keep it and refund my money, which today I have received a reply saying that they will not do this and stating again that if I want the parcel I need to pay them another £3.95 and they will deliver it (which they have failed to do for five weeks now). My advise is stay away from this business at all costs, I accept that mistakes happen, however how you handle them is what determines you as a customer service provider and this lot do not appear to care.

I ordered 30 November and no sign of order - it hasn't been processed. It's for every one of my 9 year old son's Christmas presents. I can't get through on the phone, keeps disconnecting and no response to emails. Does anyone know?

I haven't received my order yet so therefore can't give an honest review, I have been appreciative of answers to my emails regarding this order and would give a thumbs up but can't at the moment

I ordered 4 weeks ago. I have been trying for weeks to find out where the order is.

They will not respond to emails and they refuse to answer calls...

Order placed 8th Dec, order confirmation on 8th Dec, delivery info recieved on 9th Dec, item delivered on 10th Dec. Goods in good order. Would recommend this website

I have wrote in a queries asking where my order is. I ordered two shirts 9 days ago. And, zero updates about when it will be shipped or what's going on. I'm starting to feel like I've been scammed.

I made an order on November 7th with expediated overseas shipping. The earliest that I'll be able to get it is today, at the end of DHL's business, but DHL has not contacted me so that I can go in and collect it. My team is out of the World Cup tournament now so getting the jersey at this stage is a waste of time and money since I wanted wear it while my team was in the tournament. I had requested a cancellation before the Brasil jersey was printed, but I was informed the order could not be refunded. I won't make that mistake ordering a customized jersey again!

The order arrived very quickly but as i customized my order i'm glad that they were quick with it but also glad they were careful

Very impressed and happy with the items purchased and the time the products were delivered to my door. I will certainly be using the website again and I have already recommended it too friends and family.

Easy enough to order online. Timescales from ordering to receiving within those shown online. Order progression updated so knew what was happening and not wondering if it would arrive in time as bought for a present.

The site is excellent and has a good collection of kits

The shipping is not perfect as far i submit a oneday shipping but its still didnt arrive until now it had been 6 days and im still waiting

I'm from the US and I ordered a customized PSG jersey for a family member birthday 15 days ago. They said it takes 5-6 days but I haven't received it yet.
The communication is unprofessional
Never shop from them again

Ordered a football shirt for my grandson and really pleased with the result. It was a personalised premier league shirt which took over a week to be delivered but the end result is fantastic.

Friendly website to search for things. Good quality and variety of clothing

Ordered the wrong item and contacted them they cancelled order and gave refund. I ordered the correct item and it came in plenty time. Would definitely recommend use again

In past years I have been happy with UK Soccer. Recently I, ordered a jersey, became concerned that I did not receive an email confirmation. Nine days had passed so I went back in to find, "you did not complete your order. Your cart is empty"! I immediately went in an ordered again. The minute I sent the second order I thought, "look at your CC and see if there is a charge for the original order". Sure enough, the charge was processed on 09.04.2022. Within 5 minutes of placing the second order I sent an email explaining the situation. They answered me within an hour! "Sorry your order has been processed and CANNOT be canceled." I am now our $86 because it is "customized". I tried to send another email but, it just bounces back. Reflecting on this whole process, I now believe, they are not a legit site and I will never order from them again. I caution people to really think about ordering from them. Of course, if you don't mind losing $$ disregard the above advice :)
