After reading a review by a big newspaper I tried tumble deal. Ordered a couple of items and they arrived quickly they all appeared legit. Was disappointed with a pair of earrings, the stones were so tiny my 6 year old neighbors daughter didn't want them. Overall very happy with purchases

I'm a woman who loves bags. I have bags on top of bags, I used to buy and flip bags. Needless to say, I'm a bag lady! I was through the roof excited when I found Tumbledeal because I thought it was such a neat idea to auction bags and other items! I ordered the Payton Coach logo satchel. It was gorgeous in the picture and WAS real IN THE PICTURE. Then I received the bag... The bag was obviously fake. It came wrapped in plastic (real leather can not be wrapped in plastic because it needs to breathe), there was no dust bag, the hardware was chinsy and looked it, there was no serial number, AND on the Coach card inside of the bag, it was in Chinese. Also, the "Coach" tag on the outside of the bag was not lifted and indented. It said "Coach" on it and the writing was crooked. This website advertises REAL products, but SELLS fake ones and knock offs. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. I spent $175 on this bag. I got my money back, but that's not the point. To buy an item thinking it's real, is horrible. You wait the time to get the item and then you are disappointed. To SEE a a real item, but get a fake one is horrible! Worst business experience of my life. Under Tumbledeal's return policy, it says that purses can not be returned, but I feel like this company KNOWS that they are doing bad and FALSE business and doesn't want to get reported so they rather just give you your money back to shut you up.

I made my first purchase last Saturday, a Coach handbag, and received it today. My order was confirmed right away via email, I received an email notifying me when the item shipped. I was able to track my item via the tracking tool on their website. After reading some of the other reviews, it seems people may not know how to track their orders when it's really quite simple. I was disappointed to see the shipping method started out via UPS but then changed mid-way to USPS which slowed the delivery time. None the less, my bag arrived by my mail carrier.
The handbag I purchased is authentic, raised leather tags with serial # and all, and it is exactly what I was expecting to receive. I did a search based on the product description online before I made my purchase and found the same bag available at Amazon for about $50 more than what I ended up "freezing" the price on so I am very pleased.
What I find myself doing now is waiting to see how low a price will drop, and if I miss out on the deal and try again when the item re-appears, I'm really just betting against myself now to see how low I'm willing to go before risking on missing out. It is a clever marketing idea and obviously works. I guess that's why they call it a gamble.
I will continue to monitor the site when I have an item in mind that I want to purchase to see if I can get it for a better price than elsewhere. I do see how people can get carried away buying items they weren't out to purchase in the first place if the price seems too good to be true. Kudos to their Marketing Team!

I was excited about the 'fun' site and ordered a few jewelry items. They do indeed have an incredible "magic" photographer! And descriptions are incomplete and inaccurate! The pieces I received are 'five & dime" quality. Don't be fooled by the silly 'retail prices".
They are nonsense and the site should be stopped from including them.
If site states item has $100 value - don't pay more than $7!

I returned every item I ordered - except for the watches they said were shipped, but were completely Out of Stock on.

Truly not worth the time!

I have been watching the site. I do believe the price-dropping is a clever marketing scheme that encourages people to desire and purchase items. Have you noticed that items never reach rock-bottom price or zero, and that every item "sells?"
I think the higher prices at the onset are intentionally inflated and there is a set price for each item, which if reached, closes the round.
Items are advertised as sold and rounds closed, whether or not the item sells. A round soon re-opens and the cycle continues. The lowest price, I think, is predetermined.
You may find pretty good prices and you may find typical prices, similar to those at your local chain box-store. I doubt you'll find an absolutely great deal. It's not a real auction, not even a backwards auction. Have fun, and I hope you find what you're looking for at very good price; be careful that you don't get sucked in to trading the money you traded time for, to acquire too many things you don't need or really want at after all. It is a cute, active marketing ploy. That's just my opinion.

I bought a coach purse and they were several flaws that and cheap tags that were definitely not coach quality. Coach has a website that you can go to and report Tumbledeal for selling knockoffs. They are not authorized to sell coach products. They wrote a real smooth response but refused a refund they would just send me a voucher so I they could keep my money and force me to but more cheap garbage that I didn't want in the first place. They are very good at scamming consumers. They also said they were going to send me a shipping label and box to return the item, they never did. I would not call this customer service anything but lip service. Please take the time to report them to Coach and maybe if they get enough complaints they will investigate them and shut them down. You can also write to the attorney generals office and report their fraudulent activity so they can investigate them. I also don't trust all of the reviews that are over the top happy it is probably their employees making these posts to again mislead people. If they truly backed their products they would allow refunds because they wouldn't have any trouble selling an authentic coach bag at the prices you can get them for. I am personally out over $200.00 but I have reported them and have saved the purse as evidence and all of the emails from them. I hope you take the time to fight back and report them, they know exactly what they are selling to, you and that it's fake.

Received what I thought to b an authentic Coach bag. It came wrapped in a piece of plastic. Knew instantly it was FAKE. Called my credit card co. And they r reporting this to their fraud div. If u don't get a cloth "dust bag" with coach that is the first signal. Secondly, label inside had no serial # and no mention of leather, just "made from the finest materials".
I am going to my Coach store tomorrow to verify authenticity. Now tumble is noting that bag is final sale. It will b for me. Never again. If it sounds too good to b true, it is a knock-off, and not a very good one at that. I paid $160.00, for $75.00 more I could have the real deal at the Coach Outlet near me. I don't know how they r being allowed to sell this junk.

Long story short, a return I made to tumble deal, in which I admit I did not follow the process they suggest on their website was lost in the mail. I sent the package back refused via USPS when I should have taken it to UPS. After two months of trying to track down the package, tumble deal discovered it was sent back under a completely different tracking number and refunded my order. UPS and USPS were of little assistance, and even when I got extremely frustrated, a representative named Erik was always respectful and kept me calm. Had I never returned the item I would've been very satisfied with the shipping and product I received as well. I highly recommend this website.
