Called CSR Cesar and advised that I did not receive my tracking number for my order via email. He was able to advise me the status of my shipment and sent the tracking number via email immediately. He was pleasant and very thorough! Thank you and I have already recommended you to my family & friends!

Whenever in need of answers the reps were courteous, helpful, and not insensitive to whatever the need was being conveyed.

I ordered a watch from them a week ago I still have not received my shipping email. My order is still processing. When you go on the site to chat with a rep they are never online. When you email them they don't respond. Will never deal with this site again and will be contacting the c. C. company to cancel the purchase. Do not buy from this website.

I was able to get a quick response from the customer service when I had a problem with the cell phone that I've purchased. I'm happy the way I was treated and instructed what to do. I think this business is legitimate and I'm looking forward to continue dealing with them in the future.

I recently purchased two handbags from Td both bags were very very cheap looking and ugly I would never purchase another handbag from tumble deal matter of fact the way they do business they send you the wrong type of handbag I would not purchase anything from them any further

Had a problem with billing address but every thing under control

This was my first experience with Tumble Deal and was pleased with the customer service and expedient response by email.

On ABC 7 in N. Y. they said some warehouses are sending out fake Handbags (etc.)unbeknownst to the websites so DON'T go off on them unless they're uncooperative AFTER you've notified them!;-)

So far the experience tha I have had with tumbledeal support has been pleasant and very helpfull.

I bought what was supposed to be a MK collection bag. When I received it that was not what it was. It was a DS Bag w/ foreign language. Sooo disappointed!

I required a return authorization number for an item and although ordinarily the item would not be returnable, since this is my first experience with the return process, they have made an exception and are sending me what I require for the return. The rep also sent me the return policy for future reference. I very much appreciate the consideration.
