On ABC 7 in N. Y. they said some warehouses are sending out fake Handbags (etc.)unbeknownst to the websites so DON'T go off on them unless they're uncooperative AFTER you've notified them!;-)

I required a return authorization number for an item and although ordinarily the item would not be returnable, since this is my first experience with the return process, they have made an exception and are sending me what I require for the return. The rep also sent me the return policy for future reference. I very much appreciate the consideration.

It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
