I ordered a Gold iPhone 5 jewel case. The one I received was Orange. I kept it and reordered another case. When I received the 2nd one, it was Orange. I could not use two Orange cases so I requested a refund or an exchange for the Gold jeweled case I ordered. I had not heard anything in the morning, so I sent a second request. I got a text about 12 hours after my first request. I also got a text about the second request & how this could slow things down. The text told me they were sorry for the wrong color being sent & would send me a label to return it. Also, they were working on packaging a Gold iPhone 5 case to send to me. I am awaiting the text with instructions for my return label & my Gold jeweled iPhone case arriving.
I began shopping on Tumbledeal.com website about 4 months ago and I love it. It's almost like a game, trying to get your item at the price you want before someone else snatches it. The shipping fee is sooooo great.
I called support b/c neither my husband nor myself was able to insert the battery into the door bell. There were no instructions included and it was not easy to discern where exactly the battery was to be inserted. I was a bit frustrated and my intentions were to return the door bells as I had purchased two.
I spoke with Chelsea who was very helpful. She had Support send a link to me and I was able to watch the video and am confident that I will be able to install the battery when I get home.
I had ordered an item that was never delivered--I missed having it for my grandsons bday party. I refunded immediately. Thank you!
What more can I say. If you don't mind throwing your money away, buy from this company! Still waiting for my order after 6 weeks and several emails. The original shipping time was supposed to be 2 to 4 weeks.

I had a problem with my item and the CS expedited my request and got it all taken care of.
She explained everything to me and the next day I had a return UPS label. She was friendly and kind.
My experience with tumbledeal as a first time user was great, right away I was watching prices on expensive items just drop. I could not even believe it was really true, but it was! I found something that I really wanted and waited for it to be at a great price, froze it and it was mine! I asked questions to the customer service and they were so prompt with the response, I will use tumbledeal again and suggest it to all my friends:-)
I sent in an email asking what to do when someone had hit a freeze button accidentally, and froze a handbag I did not want. I had no idea how to not buy this, and sent in an email. I received a prompt reply the next morning which was perfect and explained everything. Perfect!

Answer: The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
