I won an auction for a Thomas Kinkade painting at a very good price, and paid for it. It never arrived, finally got an email that it was unavailable and received an email. At the time of the live auction, many paintings and prints were constantly being offered over and over. I am suspicious that they only fufilled the highest bids and left the others of us out!

Customer service through e-mail was fine. However, this was my first time buying and using Tumbledeal and I was informed that they couldn't fill my order. How SAD. If I bought it why was it not preserved for me? I thought if I see product and buy product it would be shipped. While the product I received was not a Coach purse I would purchase in a Coach store and was, rather, a product made for outlet stores; it was Coach. Knowing this and because this was to be a gift, I am returning it for credit at Tumble Deal. Next time I shop I'll have a better understanding of the kind of product I will receive.
I ordered a purse two weeks ago for a great price but it still hasn't arrived. So I jad a chat online with a representative who expedited delivery and she did it in a very efficient and courteous manner
After logging in, I checked on sunglasses. Saw a pair that were reasonable, so I froze the bid. Another screen came on, I entered my information including how I wanted to pay for the item. The a message came up about no able to locate the winning bid or someother wording like that. I messaged your support staff and a lady named Chelsea came on the line to help! A credit to your company. I was so aggravated that I was just going to close the site and not order the sunglasses! She confirmed my order had been accepted and I explained I would get emails about the order. First to confirm the order, and another when the item was ready to ship. Made me feel more at ease. You should make the effort to congratulate her znd possible use her as a Trainer or something to upgrade her position and utilize her skills.
Placed 2 ordered for cigars. Received Email from Justin. He needed for me to provide information of my age. Drivers license to show proof of my age and who I am. I followed the direction of the Email so he would know if was from me. Less than 1 minute I receved an Email from Justin letting me know he received the copy of my drivers license. This was all the proof to verify who I am along with my age.

Answer: The Coach purse we received was a plastic knock-off, even though the one I purchased was advertised as being made out of leather. It seems some people receive authentic Coach purses; others, like me, don't, regardless of what Blake B, the TumbleDeal PR rep, says. Buy at your own risk. They have a disclaimer that you can't return handbags although they took mine back.
