Early a.m. 3/20/15 I left a message at Tumbledeal with my dilemma. By later the same a.m. I received an e-mail notifying me that all is well and I will receive the coat in the size I wanted. Very fast and pleasant customer service.

Thought I was buying a Michael Kors. But when it arrived it was a fake. When u tried to call customer service at Tumbledeal got no answer. Save your money for the real deal.
I think the customer service on Tumbledeal is excellent.
I ordered three items on line, but quickly (within minutes) decided to cancel my order. I called to cancel but the credit card charges had already posted. London immediately reversed the charges to my credit card and provided me with multiple emails/fax to confirm.
Chelsea was very easy to talk with and most helpful in helping me with my account. She is indeed an asset to your support team. A definite keeper!

While some products are of better quality than others, and price is not always the sole determiner, overall, this seems to be a very good site. The prices for S/H are super. I've now dealt twice with customer service and both times they were friendly, courteous and very helpful.
