This business is a ripoff the concert got cancelled Tanya Tucker not because of COVID-19 but they are using that excuse to not refund my ticket price they have no customer service beware they will take your money and not take your calls or emails

I paid $1500 for two tickets and never got them, we flew in from out of state and got a hotel. No one ever contacted me, we are so disappointed. This is a scam please be aware.

If you buy tickets from this screwed up company they say they guarantee your purchase but that doesn't mean anything. They'll give you different seats than you ordered to satisfy their guarantee. You won't know until the day of the show if you are really going because they wait that long to send them out. I bought tickets to two different events.at the same time. They screwed up the first one and didn't take care of it until one hour before the show. And even then gave us different seats that two in our party couldn't use because we needed the seats we paid for not substitute ones. Just don't buy from here no matter what

They make it look as if they are an authorized seller for the event which they are not. There are no cancellations or refunds. Buying tickets for an event and marking it up over 100% then reselling should be a crime. They make it seem legit but in the end, you get emailed someone else's ticket with their name and credit card information on it, and then not allow cancellations. How do I even know this ticket wasn't stolen from someone else? Super shady business... I want my $120 dollars back for 2tickets that were $17 on the original site.

$69 dollars service fee but whether you call / live chat/ or email - system crashes and you just can't get through. Think twice before purchasing here. You pay insane premium on all ends for NOTHING. Better to just skip a show.

This is an awful company. I paid for 2 tickets for nutcracker 170 dollars instead of 70 dollars. This is more than double surcharge

I ordered 4 tickets for $1,132 but they changed my seats to 4 tickets of $79 with poor seats, not the seats I cose. I have told my Visa company since they refuse to respond to emails or call. Do not use them! They are not a reputable company with basically non existant customer service

I by mistake pressed "ok" and bought a ticket. They gave me no choice of refunding. Their site says tickets on sale— I paid 80 usd so around $100 CAN for tickets that were selling in Canada for $40 can.

Absolute scam. Do not give them any of your services.

In August I bought tickets for a concert that was canceled. I received a code from Tickets On Sale to use for in store credit. I am trying to use my credit to buy new tickets but there is nowhere to use the code. I have tried numerous times to contact them via email, call, and live text but nothing works. The email won't even send and the call just results in them hanging up. This is absolutely ridiculous that nobody can help me and that the emails won't even send to anyone.

The venue site sent me directly to this site so I thought it was trustworthy. BIG MISTAKE! They charged double the cost of the tickets and for a kids event by the way. People work hard for their money and shouldn't be ripped off. I will NEVER make this mistake again and make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

This is the biggest rip off ticket selling company. I cannot believe the fees that they charge. No where on the web site does it explain about the fees. Not until you check out and see the total bill do you know about the fees. Their live chat line is the biggest joke. You call it and it is suppose to be live but all you get is a robot recording and that tells you to go and email them and then hangs up. The phone number does the same thing. I email them and they tell you that it may be 72 hours before they reply. If you are smart do not order tickets from them. You can see the section and row number but you do not know what seats you are in. You just hope they are good.

This is a big $#*! scam. I bought 5 tickets for disney on ice and ive recieved nothing. Customer service sucks $#*! adn they blocked my number and email. $#*! this site

Does not send exact tickets you purchase. Customer service not willing to help. No supervisor available to talk to. You get what you get and that's it. They use their terms and conditions to cover themselves that they could basically send you whatever tickets they want and say they are compatible or upgraded. When you go from the middle section to the far wall that's not an upgrade but yet they think that is. Not to mention the site is very deceiving because it makes you think you're on the event box office when really you're not. Their site looks like the real event

Long story short, I finally recieved my tickets but only after 4hrs of LiveChat & threatening to report to BBB.org, AND just 30minutes pre-show AND for the balcony as opposed to 8th row center that I paid for. They told me I would receive a refund for the difference which would be ~$600 but have not responded to LiveChat or email since.

I purchased 4 tickets last December for a concert to attend this past September. The concert was canceled, and I was notified of this in May by Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster stated that I would be receiving a refund, unless my tickets were "transferred" to me from another buyer. Since I purchased from ticketsonsale, they received the refund, and did not refund my money in turn back to me or give me any kind of credit. I didn't even receive an email from them.
Ticketsonsale does not accept phone calls or chats when you give them your order number and they see it's from a "canceled" event. You are asked to send an email. The email function consistently "fails to send". I'm out $700 and have no recourse it seems. TERRIBLE SCAMMING COMPANY.

These guys are crooks. They have deceiving internet website to look like the venue. My daughter purchased tickets by mistake and I sent an email and called immediately upon receiving the email. They were not help at all ----- no wonder they have a one rating - there is no zero!

The show I bought tickets for was cancelled and this $#*!ty company has sent no communication and trying to contact them is completely impossible. Run as far as you can. Unfortunately, trying to get tickets online is a crapshoot. How this company is still in business is beyond me.
