Called in and finally got my tickets with a upgrade in our Seats but still it cut it very close with only 1 day left before the concert and people came in from out of town so I was sweating bullets.

I purchased tickets in June for the Army Navy game. I was charged $1500. 00 above the ticket price and was not made aware of the charge until I received my invoice in email. I immediately contacted the company to assist me with the issue and to this day have had no response, I now have lawyers involved.

It's been 24 hours and still no ticket. When I finally reached customer service (via web chat directed from main line), they thanked me for my business but offered no solutions to get the tickets paid for and/or refund for bad processing of the transaction.

Stay far, far away from this company. It's a crying shame they appear at the top for a ticket search…Completely misleading and most likely scam overseas operation. I'm calling everyone and going to get this company shut down.

Here's how Tickets OnSale works:
- you request tickets to an event and pay upfront a price from a tiered list. They simply match the number of tickets with someone offering that number. No other criteria goes into the match.
- you do not get a choice of seats or any idea of where the tickets will be. If a football game, prepare to be on the opponent's side, rather than the home team
- Also be prepared to not receive the tickets until hours or minutes before the event. If out its out of town, have a back up plan for your time. They can only say that you will receive them before the event
- If, as with us, they cannot tell you when or if tickets will arrive no cancellation in advance so that you can go to a reputable site. Really, they can't tell you because they don't know. It's up to the seller to send you the tickets. If they don't know how to transfer electronic tickets via email, you won't get them.
- Though the website says "guaranteed", they really are not. If you don't receive them, you may get a refund but you will have to fight for it.
- And, as with me, they will hang up on you if you ask too many questions
- Oh, one more fun thing... you will receive an email with a survey for you to complete saying how well they helped you. Click on the link and a page comes up saying "Survey not Found"
- Do I need to conclude - Stay away from this scam! It's better that you get crayons and draw your own tickets. You will have a better chance of getting into the event.

This was a terrible and extremely complicated experience. The ticket transfer does not work. There is no way to get a hold of the person who originally transferred the tickets to you. If you call customer service for any concert that is not within three days you get a recording and then it hangs up. If you email customer service you get an email saying they will respond within 24 to 48 hours. They do not respond. I learned the hard way with this one so I hope to help others. I wish I read the reviews before purchasing.

Purchased concert tickets for an event that was eventually cancelled. I received a store credit but there is no where on the website to enter this code to purchase new tickets. I repeatedly get hung up on by customer service and there is no live person to answer my question or provide a refund. I'm now out $400 dollars and no concert tickets were ever received.

My bad, I was ordering tickets for the Ordway Center in St Paul, MN and thought I was on their authorized website but I was on ticketsonsale's website. The seats offered were labeled Orchestra right, Orchestra left, and Orchestra. I chose seats in the Orchestra logically concluding they would be in the MIDDLE, wrong! The seats were on the right side section at the very end of the row to where you could not see the whole stage!
Adding insult to injury, we paid $270 for 2 seats and could have got them directly from the Ordway for $130, shame on me! Tried their customer service to get a refund or exchange but got no where. I see they also somehow manage some reviews to get a favorable rating but this website correctly shows them as awful. I hope this saves someone else from being ripped off.

Tickets are not "on sale." They are nearly three times the face value from the venue. Use this site if you enjoy burning money.

I was sent a time change to an event at 1pm that my 6pm event was now 3pm
According to the venue, the event was changed the day before and ticket holders should have been notified with 24 hours notice. This company gave me TWO hours notice.
When I called to ask for a refund or tickets to another event to make up for them not contacting me in time, the customer service agent "Mel" was INCREDIBLY RUDE! He was dismissive, rude, condescending and downright crass. I asked him to stop being rude and speak to me in a professional manner, to which he replied "hold... thank yoouuuuuu" in a song-like voice. SO RUDE!
This company is a rip-off! They charge invisible fees at the time of check out - DOUBLE other sites, and then won't make good on their tickets.

I purchased 2 tickets before COVID and received a store credit. BIG JOKE! They say you can only use the store credit by calling and purchasing different tickets. They will not answer the phone it's just an endless loop that gets no resolution and when you email, you get another email stating that the email is not monitored and they will not respond. I'm trying to get $135.00 in store credit used. I will NEVER! Purchase tickets from them ever again! Bull$#*! I say

I checked with the venue for Covid requirements and said. Just mask. I bought tickets and it said must have vaccinated card…. Which is it

DO NOT order ANY tickets from here! I should of known better to do research before purchasing, but I was to excited to order tickets for my boyfriends birthday to see his favorite comedian. I ordered tickets in July, it is now DECEMBER. I was told to wait till at least 11/30/21 so I did. When the day passed and i still haven't received my tickets I called costumer service and asked for an update. The lady was kind and told me my tickets were pending, but she couldn't get ahold the seller so she contacted another seller and got me new tickets, free of charge and better seats. All I had to do was wait till the end of the day to receive an email with my tickets. Well I never received them so then I called the following day, called them and was told to wait two more hours. WELL 6 HOURS pass and NO tickets, so then I go online chat and VERONICA and I get into it. If that's the persons real name. (I'm mad) and she tells me to wait till right before the show. UHHHH NO VERONICA I WILL NOT WAIT RIGHT BEFORE THE SHOW?!?!?! So I demand a refund and she tells me she can't. So now I have to wait till see if I get my tickets tonight right before the show or I will call tomorrow HEATED.

Do NOT under any circumstance purchase tickets from TicketsOnSale. Wow I don't even know where to begin. For starters I feel dumb for falling for this scam. There's not a single live person you can talk to. No one will respond back to you if you try to email them. My tickets were priced 3 times higher than all other tickets for a Chris Young concert and I noticed that right away and tried to contact someone about it to cancel my purchase (never got ahold of a single person). Tried to dispute the charge on my credit card and it didn't work. They have a lot of loopholes that keep them safe from getting shutdown, even though this company is completely illegitimate. Buy your tickets on Ticketmaster or another similar company. DO NOT EVER BUY THROUGH TICKETSONSALE!

I was charged $227.31 for two concert tickets that were listed on the concert venue site for $23 each. Their customer service is by chat IF the concert is to be performed "soon", whatever that is. Otherwise you must email them, which I did to lodge my complaint. However, all you get from customer service is autoresponders. The website that I made the purchase from listed both tickets at a total cost of $83 yet I was charged $227.31. Obviously, this is a total rip off. Buyer beware.

No stars! Stay away from this site! They have fraudulent Practice is they will charge you three times the amount of normal ticket even when there are tickets still available I made a big mistake clicking on the site in the middle of the night stay away!

I would leave no stars if possible! Really no customer service! When you do get someone they are the most rude mannered person you can reach out to. This has been a nightmare! Then you can purchase "ticket insurance "in case something comes up and you can't use your tix. That gets you nowhere!
