Do not use this ticket service, instead buy from ticketmaster. I did not receive my tickets in a timely manner and was not able to attend my event.

My event was canceled two years ago and I can't get my money back. The phone number has no operators. DONT USE THIS SITE

Kansas canceled concert; Tickets on sale basically would not refund my money only giving me credit that had to be used by a certain date and if not, you're screwed. I should have done the research! Don't ever purchase anything from here; they will not refund your money!

Overcharged in 2021 for tickets to Miranda Lambert. They cancelled two days before performance. I tried to get my money back but they have a no refund policy.
They show will now be in July and the price of the tickets are cut in half. Still no refund! You cannot get these people online or chat!

We got a notice saying that the tickets were sent. They were never received. Then the event was postponed. We cannot attend the new date. So we have no tickets to resell nor would they make an exception. The people barely spoke English. Gave me the name of an insurance company. The insurance company asked for a policy number which of course we don't have. So we are out over $200 due to this shady company. Don't buy from them!

When a show is rescheduled, you should be able to (as so many other vendors do) to get a refund for your purchase. Evanesence & Halestorm rescheduled 3 days before their 12/17 show in Camden, NJ. I am unable to make the 1/16/22 show at an OUTDOOR venue during a NAMED winter storm that is bringing freezing rain, ice, high winds, and windchill below 0! Ticketsonsale REFUSES to do ANYTHING -- FINAL SALE is all the customer service department says... FINAL SALE

How this scam is allowed to continue is horrible! They popped up before the actual business I was buying tickets to and they sent emails regularly. Two days before the event they sent an email with a link to a ticket with an incorrect time and I tried the chat option- the BS began. I was lied to blamed and a promised correction and half refund have not happened yet these people are still in business.

Although the site touts their great customer service, it is terrible. No matter which venue you choose (phone, chat or email) you are always talking to a bot with the same limited menu. Be advised that your even can be cancelled or rescheduled and you have NO recourse for a refund.

I purchased 2 tickets to The Weeknd last year. In October The Weeknd announced that he was cancelling the rest of his tour to transfer from Arenas to Stadiums. He said everyone who purchased tickets with a CC would be automatically credited. I never heard from Ticketsonsale that the show was even cancelled let alone issued a credit for my over $700 purchase. Now trying to reach customer service is impossible. The show is listed as rescheduled and there is no future show listed. Cheap racket to keep my $$ in their account and no customer service whatsoever. Don't use!

I didn't realize that I wasn't buying directly from the venue after I got my email they sent me a message that I could load my tickets to my phone. Somehow I lost the email and I tried for 3 days to get someone to tell me how to load my tickets. Phone call only gave you recorded information, live chat was not any use. Never could know load tickets to my phone. Venue said they couldn't help me because I bought from someone else. Will just go to venue and hope they let me in. Will never use again because you can never talk to customer service about a problem.

I dont know how this site is still up. No one receives their tickets. I contacted support and they basically said oh well. They cant refund me and they cant do anything to help. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLS!

Every time I am forced to come to this awful site to use credits issued from a cancelled show, I feel the need to leave them a review. I already knew I was overpaying for some tix for a show, but when it was cancelled I expected a refund. Instead of my refund of $588, they gave me a "credit" for $706. When I tried to use the credit to purchase a ticket to a speaking event for $205, these clowns were trying to charge me $100 in fees. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS SITE! They will charge you the most asinine fees in order to gobble up your funds!

I was just notified of an event I have scheduled for a Saturday afternoon in February has been rescheduled for an afternoon on a Friday in May. I won't be able to make it. I called to request a refund and they are not willing to refund, told me to sell my tickets. Unbelievable! Will NEVER use this site or business again! Horrible customer service.

This company "guarantees" their tickets. When you don't get your tickets, which I didn't, you can't call, email or chat with them. They are impossible to reach. Once you do finally reach them, I did via FB messenger they sent me an email stating the seller of the tickets said they sent them. I only received one of two tickets. The email stated please reply to this email if you have questions. You reply to the email, it says this email is not monitored. They never resolved my issue so I had to buy more tickets which at that point we're double in price because we were 5 days from the event. Do not use PayPal if you ever use them company, use a card so you can dispute it because they won't deliver. This transaction cost me $700.00 and because I received one of the 2 tickets I purchased tickets on sale told PayPal they delivered the product. This whole experience quite frankly has been infuriating. I should have known not to go outside of StubHub and the companies I've dealt with in the last.

We had ordered 6 tickets for the Grand Funk Railroad Concert. Never received them.
Cannot get in touch with them. Horrible site. Do Not Use this site

OVERPRICED! The venue does not even recognize this supplier so my ticket will be worthless. And, despite the fact that I bought insurance, the insurance company would not insure my purchase. I am unable to talk to anyone at this company; I press buttons and am looped around where I am hung up on. PayPal would not refund the purchase so buyer beware! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Good deal great service I would do it again if given the chance. Don't lay a finger on my butterfinger.
