I did not get my tickets until 30 minutes after it started

I did not catch that you were not local. It was my fault and it cost me $70.00.

I purchased the wrong seats. I called to speak to a representative about the mix up. She was unable to assist me with the process. I am not happy about this matter. Thanks for nothing ma'am...

Exact seats could not be seen until after purchase. Very high service fee not revealed until point of purchase.

When I tried to accept the ticket transfer but it says it's already accepted by another email. Customer service has been poor so far. Situation is not resolved at this time.

Fees did not show up until I paid with a credit card. When I immediately contacted you, I received no help whatsoever. Poor way to do business.

How this site even pops up selling tickets that are priced at three times the amount they are available through. The service provider is beyond me. 2 mins after After tickets were accidentally purchased I tried to obtain a refund but they were extremely uncooperative

First off, I did not see that the purchase was in US dollars - ended up paying way more than I wanted to for the tickets. Also, chose the section but did not see it was standing room only until the purchase was completed. Tried to like chat with someone and got an automated system with limited questions I could ask. No option to resell the tickets either.

There are two things that I would like to see in the future. 1) Not just the row but also the seats 2) Receive the tickets upon purchase and not some later date.

Great experience. Just a little worried about my ticket insurance. It seems the insurance company has declined me any insurance on my tickets. I do hope I have no issues when time for check-in at the show.

Bought my tickets yesterday and like every other website once you buy them you get your tickets right away its telling me i should have my tickets one day before the event. I saw reviews over this website and bad reviews and scam i just hope they dont scam me

5 emails to buy tickets. A 10 minute "warning" to complete my purchase. Too much pressure. I really dislike when an e-commerce brand pressurizes, then asks you how you like a product when you don't even have the product yet. Actually provide a service first and focus on customers first before looking for accolades.

I'm upset that I was scammed for these tickets.I was looking for tickets online, saw the website, checked it out, thought it would be legit and I was scammed. I'm pissed that I paid 120 for an event that is 55.

Good show enjoyed the venue and performances would return to this venue for future events

You cancelled my order bc I had a previous bad experience with another ticket vendor that scammed me out of money for an event last Summer in NJ!

The 'convenience fee' is FAR TOO high, inflating the price of the tickets over 30%! RIDICULOUS. I will never use your service again. I am fully disgusted.
