Why am I getting a survey. When you never sent tickets?

Bought tickets on here for show assuming prices would be the same on all non resale sites. Was charged wrong currency and paid hundreds more than just using Ticketmaster. Awful experience. Don't use this site to purchase ever.

I spoke with the representative and explained that I had not received a confirmation for my order and I believed that I may have entered my email incorrectly - yep! That was the issue and he was very quick and fixed my mistake - now all set!

At first confusing because it would not allow me to purchase multiple days. Eventually, I gave in and purchased the 2 days separately.

Fees were way over the top, $38 fee plus transfer fee per ticket

You charge tickets and few minutes later cancelled!
God knows when the money come back

This has been the best and easiest sight to get tickets for this concert. I cannot thank you enough.

Disappointed that I wasn't able to find the option to purchase Pit Passes, that was my main reason for buying tickets!

Sold us tickets for seats that DON'T exist. Spent 1 hour on live chat with them. Their suggestion was to wait until tickets are assigned and then contact them again. Then, when I told them I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card the THREATENED me with how it will take a long time and my credit card company will side with them anyway. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have received in years. Would NEVER buy from them again.

Expensive but ok. I can't download the tickets from the email. It's sucking right now.

Buying the ticket was very simple and easy however i did not know i had to verify the purchase in order to get the tickets. I had major issues when i went to the event with chexk in and ultimately had to go to the box office. They were not able to find my info by name. We were late for the show as a result. This was overpriced and a bad experience lll nerver do ot again

Over charging by 200%+ should be illegal. Manufacturing inflation during an economic crisis is immoral. The runners of this site should be ashamed.

Got them monsterjam tickets quick and easy! In minutes!

The service overall is good but the cost was through the roof! Face value of the tickets were $47 each. We paid $127 each. Just a bit pricey for the service. Probably won't use it again.

It was lousy. No seating description for lawn seats.

I was kinda wondering why they where a little more then what was advertised. Got them sooner than expected
