I added 2 tickets to my cart at $110.0 each. I then go thru your buy-flow process and was never shown excess charges. The total came out ot 302.00 and I immediatley called to ask for a refund. I was told no refunds so I am initiating a dispute with my credit provider. I will never do business with you again.
Fees are way too high. For a $78 ticket I paid over $100, including fees. Does the price of the fees have to be do high?

I purchased tickets to a concert and in accordance with their policy I knew I would get the tickets I purchased or "comparable". Well the tickets I got were 3 times the price of tickets face value, and not in a comparable area at all. They were significantly farther back, and on the other side of the arena. When I contacted them to make it right, I got run around by a guy who was clearly just saying what he had to to make me go away, and nothing was resolved. I'm just waiting for the charge to clear so I can dispute it with my bank.

I purchased the wrong day for my tickets messaged chat box and rep said he couldn't switch my tickets that I had to sell them on a different website and repurchase new tickets. I paid over 500 for three tickets and I wasn't going to spend an additional 500 with the chance of not selling the ones I already had. I know how those websites work I e already lost 700

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
