Seller didn't send tickets till half hour after doors opened. I live 45 mins from venue. Didn't get to see show and the refused a refund! I was told on three different occasions that the tickets would be there at 3 different times

I was looking for a floor seat to a specific concert. This ticket came up in a good location at a significantly lower price. I was nervous about the site, but it turned out on the level, and the concert was a great experience.

Was trying to purchase tickets when an error message appeared about the zipcode for my payment method, unable to fix it, i cancelled the order instead. Meaning the payment should not push through. A few minutes later, a confirmation for the order was sent. Just when I don't want to purchase them anymore! Customer service is no help. It was not my fault and I have to be inconvenienced for it!

You mark up tickets 30% and said my tickets to the lawn disappeared and the price raised for the exact same area while checking out. Y'all whack. The things we do to see our favorite bands...

I had an awful experience with them! They said they transferred the tickets. But they lost them! Now they are say they it's already transferred.so, I can't do anything about it!

I contacted TicketsOnSale several times because I did not receive any communication about my tickets. I was routinely told, the seller is processing everything and give them until the day of the event. The day of the event, I get an email to contact Customer Support, to be told the seller cannot fulfill the request. Will never use this site again!

Worst experience ever. Never bought on this site again. I was supposed to pay 219$ for my tickets, they took more than 296$ on my credit card. Call them and they said that i purchase a protection ticket that I didn't clic on hit and was not mentioned in the total amount when a put in my credit card number. Won't by anymore on your website.

I haven't gone to my event yet, but they charge so much money in fees and the only way to get tickets is through this platform online! What a rip off. They need to figure out another way to sell the tickets without such a high fee.

There were a row of drunk selfish girls who stood and danced the whole show. None could see for rows. We asked them several times to sit. The users should of asked them to sit.

Payed triple the ticket value without any description of mark up except the charges for processing.I didn't realize the markup until I received the email ticket with the actual ticket price. Felt like I was scammed
