When we went to check in, they could not read the QR Code that was sent. Then had to go to box office and said tickets were not in my name. After much negotiation, they finally printed two tickets for us but said if anyone else shows up, we would have to leave. Travelled all the way from CT to NYC for this event and was almost sent home!

Once I hit purchase I realized they were in Wichita and could not void the pending transaction. It's all ok, we will just take a weekend and do a road trip now.

Excited to see Wu. It was a bit of a hassle. Still waiting to see my tickets to be honest. But I'm getting that started now. I thought after I bought they would automatically appear on the app. But yesterday I discovered that wasn't the case. So now I'm trying to confirm my tickets for Wu.

Very easy to use and easy to access. I ordered the tickets and was able to buy them with no problem.

I needed to buy 3 tickets for a concert that was general admission. The only options were 2/4 tickets, or 1 tickets. There was no option for 3 tickets. So, I had to pay for 2 tickets, and then again for 1 ticket. With each purchase, I received around 4 or 5 emails with different information and status updates. So, I received around 10 emails in total. This is overly inefficient and confusing. You should just pay all at once and then get 1 email for confirmation. After all the emails, I still had to create a ticket master account and then use an app to get my tickets. It took way too long overall.

Terrible transaction, you never showed up charges and it continued to say my time was up so I did not even know my purchage went thru until it was to late to make any changes

I bought two tickets for the 90 pops tour for next May 20th; when I received an email with the tickets detail the date changed to March 2nd, 2024, I have my flight tickets for May 20; I opened a ticket, and send an email to ask why they changed the date, on the chat the girl was so kind but even so I didn't receive any status of that tickets

We wait 2 years to see this concert 4th row back. We received confirmation that we had tickets but on concert day standing at the entrance we were told the tickets were never released by the seller. We were on the phone for an hour and a half trying to get these tickets released. We missed out on the VIP experience. Heads up to all if you have a concert delay beaware that technology may change and that may change how your tickets work at the gate. Ours should have been updated to a bar code from the QR code.

Tickets did not arrive when promised. Was told that I would have ticket info by a specific date. That date came and went with zero information by email or in online account.

I couldn't find tickets anywhere for sold out concert. Luckily I found 4 tickets on TicketsOnSale, I was nervous since I hadn't use them before. Process worked just as advertised, I even reached out by "chat" to make sure I understood everything correctly and was helped quickly even to complete transfer to my Apple wallet. Could not have been more satisfied, I would use this site again.
