No problem ordering tickets. However was told tickets would be at one location for pick up but they were not there (35 min before showtime). Contacted customer service again and was then told they would be at the venue. Upon reaching theatre, I was told nothing under my name. As I was calling customer service again, the box office got confirmation of my purchase and was given a voucher to enter theatre (about 8 min before showtime). Experience was anxiety producing.
Seats were great and inexpensive. Can't imagine using something like Ticketmaster ever again

I really felt I got ripped off... I ordered my tickets on line... 54.00 second price from the lowest price... 22.00... when my tickets came they said 22.00. I called right away but was informed that was what I was suppose to get for 54.00. I called Art Park to see if I needed to bring a lawn chair... she said yes... and I would be sitting with all the people that paid 22.00... I had no better seating then them... but I paid $ 231.00 for my 2 tickets... with exchange and delivery. My mother ( 77 year olds) and I had to get there and wait 4 hours before the show because that's what the lady at Art Park informed me because if we waited till later we would be on a back hill and not see anything but the screens. I talked to many people about my tickets... saying that there was nothing they could do for me... that I received the right tickets... everybody sitting around us only paid 22.00 for their ticket. Any how I learned my lesson and will NOT order on line again...

My seats were great! And the venue was nice. I didn't have any problems with my tickets. Beyonce was wonderful as always. I'll go through Ticket Liqudator again. My one issue is the sun was in my face, until it set. I would have chosen a different section.

Planned, prepared, saved up, kept the days open from work and other activities and then a few months out I received a phone call that they had over sold the tickets. That isn't my fault. So my tickets were refunded and they gave no help in obtaining any other tickets. I don't understand the greed process! I will avoid using this process again.
If it wasn't for me pushing to get my ticket in time and spending my own time the phone with customer service that wouldn't have happened. The date that was on the tracking from FedEx was 6/13, the event was 6/11 tow days after the show. I do feel some type of credit should be awarded back to me for my effort.
Better than Roger Waters' The Wall show. Voices of Gilmore and Waters were almost perfect. They hit every note with meaning and empathy. The women singer on Great Gig in the Sky was perfect. The sax player was as good as Clarence, Climax Blues Band, the horn in Urgent. Saw the performance on public tv and made me get tickets. I'm someone who sees everyone. Totally worth it.

I inadvertently made an error while purchasing and selected the wrong date. Even though, I emailed and called within minutes of the purchase, ticket liquidator would not do anything other than offer me the option of re-posting the tickets for sale. However, I could not even re-post the tickets as it was only two days until the game (other sites allow posting through game day). I'll be avoiding TicketLiquidator in the future in case I make another mistake; and will avoid using them to sell as they have restrictive sell dates

Got there early grabbed food and drinks before and during. Security was on point the show started on time. It was a blast

Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
