I searched for the seats I wanted, the amount I wanted to spend, I found my ticket, I bought it, I downloaded it, I printed it... all within 10 minutes. Super easy. Not thrilled about the fees, they are excessive... but no different than the other ticket sites.

Terry comes out and sings a couple songs. People looked puzzled and wondered where the puppets were. Then he reminded the audience that the puppets sang because of him. They're so lifelike and he's so great at his job that you completely forget what you're watching. Over two hours of sheer enjoyment. Ben Harris as the opening DJ was fantastic. The guy can move! Terry gives all the proceeds from the merchandise sales to veteran programs. The only problem is they have one venue to purchase and the crowds are so long and clustered together you wait forever plus you are shoved around by those trying to exit. A couple more booths at the ends of the side aisles would help. That, or letting us know where to purchase online. Otherwise, can't wait to see him again.

My son is a die hard mets fan -watches every game
So excited to go to this game before he leaves for sleep away camp & can't watch another game until August 12 when he gets back
I really would like to describe our experience but unfortunately he came down with a virus/temp Saturday and we could not go.
Tried to see if anyone would like to go but it was so last minute & it was Fathers day weekend.
So sad we weren't able to go
Had an issue but they resolved it and I'm pleased with the outcome

We where very happy with the seats we got. And every one at your office where great. The only thing was when we brought the tickets we where told that they would not be sent out until a couple of days before the event, as we live in Bermuda we had them sent to the hotel where we would be staying out match was on June 17th and the tickets where sent out to the hotel on May 20th. Luckly I had called up a few days before my husband travelled -and the hotel had a lot of trouble finding them! Any way we did get them but a lot of phone calls and sleepless. Nights! Any way it worked out. But I do feel this should be looked into regRding the tickets. If we had known we would have had them sent to us in Bermuda
Jimmy Buffett was awesome as usual, but my seats were horrible. They should have been labeled obstructed view. The seats were so far to the left of the stage, we could only see Jimmy part of the time and couldn't see the rest of the band at all. I've had better seats on the lawn! Will never buy from this site again.

Tickets purchased from you were invalid, could not get into show, MasterCard notified of fraudulent purchase of these tickets. I will not recommend this website to anyone.

When I bought my tickets, they said they were meet and greet also. I was not given the credentials or the time the meet and greet occurred. My tickets said VIP1 but we could not get in to see Selena. My daughter is devistated. She had her makeup and hair done for the picture with Selena that was denied us even though I bought tickets that were suppose to be meet and greet.
I just check my confirmation email after I ordered tickets and it says in seller notes that it includes meet and greet the performer. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CREDENTIALS TO DO SUCH MEET AND GREET!
I feel that I was treated poorly in response to my situation by your team. There lack of sensitivity and actual threats were alarming, documented, and opened my eyes to a need for more strict laws and penalties for companies such as yours.

Your company failed in all four categories. I'm not sure what individuals, colleagues, and professionals you surround yourself with, but I would guess most have pretty long rap sheets.

Disappointed. Orchestra overwhelmed the band especially vocals. Lights washed everyone on stage. Purchased garden box seats and had to watch large screen monitors.
It stated instant download, however, I had to wait until the next morning due to the office being closed. There was nothing that stated it on the website. Otherwise we were happy to get the tickets. Sad that we had very loud obnoxious drunk women behind us, which did ruin what would have been a wonderful play.

Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
