We were incredibly dismayed when we learned that your ticket prices were nearly double what they would have been had we bought them from University of Oregon ticket office. This will be the last time that we purchase tickets from your site.
My 6 year old son and I waited in the rain and occasional thunder / lightning storms outside the venue for 2 1/2 hours. The staff kept telling us the concert had another 30 minute delay until they finally made the call to postpone it. Good thing we had bought ponchos. Very disappointed that there was no refund issued.

Concert was wonderful, but tickets were WAY overpriced. Matt Knight arena turned our third row, end row seats into one long row going across the entire floor. My husband has mobility issues, so I paid top dollar for end seats only to end up in the middle of an endless row. I would never buy tickets through you again.
He was fabulous and his band was outstanding. Seats were great; bleachers not so much. (We could not use our stadium seats because they were metal).

Great experience purchasing tix from TicketLiquidator. I wish the prices were a little cheaper, but we had decent seats and an unforgettable time at the show. I do wish that you sold more tickets in increments of 3 though as I didn't need 2 or 4 tix. An increment of 3 was difficult to find and I had to compromise where our seats were due to this inconvenience. We would have liked to sit closer, although our seats were okay.
The worst part is that I failed to read the small print and discovered I had chosen a concert on the wrong day in the wrong city - and paid for it. I found out right away and tried to fix it but there is no recourse. I wasted a lot of money on the wrong tickets and there is a no-refund policy. That policy is ILLEGAL but I don't want to have to take legal action. I had to buy new tickets.

Loved the concert, not the ticket prices. All you do is grab reasonably priced tickets and jack up the price so that you profit from the star who does all the work. I paid $300. Including a $60 fee, to sit in the wayyy back top of stadium.
If that isn't bull, when you really think about it, I do not know what is. So that is what I'd like you to know. You completely and absolutely, SUCK.
HORRIBLE! The company I bought my tickets through, Mega Ticket Hub, apparently was fraudulent or the company went bankrupt. I could not download my tickets and was not able to contact the company. When I called the number it was rerouted to a different company, and no one answered the phone. They have taken their website down from the internet so I couldn't even contact them via email. Ticket Liquidator should never do business with these people!

Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Each seller prices their tickets based on their expectation of the market value of the ticket. This would be why some tickets are higher than tickets on our site. Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
