Having the advantage of VIP parking, entrance and admittance to the lounge and box seats with service was awesome. The concert was great! I usually stay away from this venue due to the hassle of parking both arriving and especially leaving but the VIP tickets solved that problem. The lounge is wonderful with free pre show apps, plus a menu if you care to dine, also comp. Ice cream at intermission is a treat. I whole heartedly recommend the extra expense for VIP.

Seats were great; acoustics great, Melissa Etheridge was awesome (vocals and guitar playing as well as backing band were razor sharp; very crowd pleasing style- even paid homage to the Boss on his home turf) but set too short due to need to squeeze in two acts; Pat Benatar looked and sounded great, too; but
A little too much forced validation for her Husband's contributions to her Band (great guitar player but could have dealt with more classic hits and less self indulgent cover riffs of songs that had nothing to do with either of them).
Was really a great experience except for a group of about 10 drunk idiots (not kids by the way) who showed up trashed, screamed over the music and performer interactions and fell over and into fellow concert goers while uttering stream of obscenities. Maybe AC should impose a 5 drink maximum or something. Really

Very disappointed with the experience. It was not clear when making the ticket purchase that tickets were without assigned seating. Then the tickets weren't furnished until a couple days before the event. As soon as I realized that the assigned seats (and the tickets show seat numbers, I contacted the venue and learned that the seats didn't exist. The. I called Ticket Liquidator customer service. The customer service person at Ticket Liquidator was not real empathetic and ultimately not very helpful - the response was "ticket sales are final, no refunds or exchanges". And of course, there was no supervisor available. Rest assured, my future event ticket purchases will be made elsewhere.
I bought the tickets to Newsies thinking it was in San Diego, but it was in Vancouver, British Columbia. I started calling Ticket Liquidator to return the tickets, but they were adamamant that I was stuck with them and they suggested that I sell them online. I tried the "sellyourt tickets website but received no replies so I gave my tickets to a charitable organization in Vancouver.
I had to upgrade my seats to the covered area with handicapped accessibility because my mom cannot seat directly on the lawn. Ticket liquidator would not let me upgrade the seats or exchange them so I was just out 200.00. I will not use then again.
I bought concert tickets through TicketLiquidator & when I received them they had the wrong date & time. They told me it was the original sellers mistake and that "I" should get in touch with "them"! I paid $40 a piece for S&H for EACH ONE OF THESE TICKETS (I bought three) ~ You would think this problem would be handled by TicketLiquidator, but NO! After speaking with two of their representatives, that were very nice, I was told that there would NOT be a problem and that I should use these tickets even though there was a misprint. Then, afterwards I get a call from the original seller/vendor, telling me that I need to destroy & replace these tickets. They sent me an email with the new/replacement tickets, but I was on vacation by that time without access to a printer. The woman that called was extremely rude... Never again! I'll find another ticket agent/vendor next time!
Tickets arrived Fedex the day before the concert. The seats were amazing!

I loved the show. Paul is fantastic. Waited 52 years to see him in person. Only sad part was I couldn't get tickets from ticketmaster at pre-fan sale or on 1st day of regular sale. All tickets had been scooped up thru bots by predatory tickets sellers like yourselves. Thankfully my husband who knew how badly I wanted to go paid $1200 for our two tickets that had a face value of around $300. After reading Comsumer Reports this month, I seriously hope that Legislation is enacted to stop gouging ordinary people thru your greed based on supply/demand & an aging group of fans who want to see their idol before we all pass away. Shame on YOU!

When I downloaded the tickets, they were the wrong tickets
I received the e-tickets but the link wouldn't open and I couldn't print. I spent just under $100 on tickets that I wasn't able to use:-(
Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Each seller prices their tickets based on their expectation of the market value of the ticket. This would be why some tickets are higher than tickets on our site. Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
