We had a terrible experience... I purchased two tickets to The American in Paris. I was reassured that they will be at the hotel reception's desk at our arrival to NYC. They were not... And nobody could find a package adrressed to us. The following day (the day of performance) the tickets did not arrive either. After several calls and agravation, the tickets were finally EMAILED to me. I did not receive a good explanation on WHY email was not an option in the first place so we did not have to miss hours of our vacation trying to locate the tickets... Will never purchase tickets through this company again... not worth the frustration!
Working in Hawaii and getting to a game makes it really hard not knowing if you are going to get your tickets. There was no reason the tickets had to be delivered so late. I didn't know if they were going to be in my mail box until after I got to my home from Hawaii. It makes more sense to turn them over as soon as we purchase them or at least a month ahead so we know to buy plane tickets. I will prefer email tickets from now on.
My seats were really good. The show was GREAT! I am thinking about catching the show a 2nd time. Steven Tyler sounded great. The stories were very entertaining. I could listen to him for days without a break. If you did not catch this show you missed out. The new band was also fantastic. They sounded great and had great voices.

I paid $1200 for third row seats that stared at the side wall of the stage. You had to look completely to the right to even get a glimpse of the front of the stage. I was completely ripped off and totally unsatisfied as where most of the guests next to me. You have no right selling tickets such as these. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
One could tell a lot was put into Darlington Race track. It was nice to see all the car owners and the years before drivers. And as always my favorite driver Tony Stewart.
We started off with 45 mins. Early. We went the back roads because high way 99 to 70 has bad traffic at that time of day. We were about a mile from the Toyota amphitheater when we were stopped by a line of traffic they were all going to the concert also. Then when we went to park there was so many cars all the parking lots were full. They had people directing us where to go to park. I was shocked to find so many people going to the concert. We got in line and wound around isles like Disneyland. When we got inside it was like a midway at the fair. There was so much stuff you could buy to eat, drink, shirts, ect. I have never seen a concert like this. We walked in to sit down and again I was amazed. The stage was gigantic the speakers were huge. We got an excellent seat. We were just above the ground level. The sound was assume. The music was great. We had a great time.
We are very sorry to hear about the unhappiness when it comes to the parking at the venue but we are so glad you enjoyed the concert overall with your great seats!

To see Alabama Crimson Tide play in person was a bucket list wish of mine. I spent more money then I could afford to go see them play USC at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas on September 3,2016. Everything was awesome, except for the fact that I had called Ticket Liquidators before buying the tickets to make sure I purchased tickets on the Alabama side and was given the wrong information twice... ending up with me buying tickets for the USC side instead. Even with the negative BS from the USC fans I had an awesome time but it would have been over the top of I had been given the right information and had been on the correct side!
It was a wonderful concert and these are my 4th tickets from y'all and I'm for sure i will continue to buy my concert tickets, sport tickets. Im very happy to say that i tell my friends and family about ticket liquidator website if they are looking for any kind of tickets that y'all are the place..

I purchased tickets foe $7.00 EA for Row 1 seats at the Northwestern Wildcats football game. My wife and son loved attending their first live football game. I should have bought paring because I Passos $20 to park.
As usual the music was loud, the show in this moment was awesome, great showmanship and effects., rob zombie was so so but not a fan. Wife said he was out of time with the band on one song. Korn did great! Love the premium parking and the ease of getting in and out of Jiffy lube life. Stayed at the Hilton and had breakfast at bob Evans. Was a nice get away for me and the wife.
Bought tickets for 8 pm blue man show, when we got to box office it downloaded as a 5pm ticket. I have a picture of 8 pm tix

Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
