We had an amazing time! Getting in was easy with no hassel and the show was beyond amazing! Pur seats were amazing and worth every penny!
First I was told someone would meet me at the concert with the ticket, then I was told they would courier the ticket. They sent it to the wrong address and then accused me of giving them the wrong address! I never recieved the ticket and now they wont refund my money. Total rip off! Beware!
Never delivered tickets. Said they are at will call, and there is no will call at hudson gardens! Had to wait for tickets to be picked up at remote location and delivered to hudson -- and delayed our entry into concert. And got awful seats thanks to ticket liquidators.

Felt like we were tricked. Bought lawn seats for this concert and paid over $100. The entire arena was mobbed. We could not get a seat on the lawn and had to stand most of the time with security constantly telling us to move and clear a path for people to walk. Where the heck were we supposed to go? There was no room to move. If we did move, we wouldn't get to see the performance. It was ridiculous, we ended up leaving early. Very disappointed with our first experience to the PNC center.

Vince Gill was awesome, he is a top notch performer. I just amazed at the rude people in the audience. A lady sitting next to me sang throughout the program. I didn't say anything but did it occur to her that I didn't pay good money to hear her sing? Then a guy sitting next to my husband plopped down in the seat, immediately got comfortable, spreading his legs apart, clapping as loud as he could... And then there's the Midland Theater, it's old and needs a remodel. Probably the last program we'll attend there.

In this digital age, it would be nice to eliminate a printer from the concert experience and have a scan available on my phone. Do most people even own printers? Because, I don't!
Thank you for your feedback! The reason not all tickets are able to be scanned from your mobile device is because not all venues have updated their systems to be able to scan mobile devices. Technology is slowly evolving to more electronic delivery methods though!
The original ticket price and the price that we paid was outrageous. Almost 1000% and the price from where we were located at Wells Fargo summer we almost need an oxygen. You lost a client!
Sorry if the price was high for you. The tickets on our site are resale tickets, and tickets that are being resold are sold at market value as opposed to face value. Market value varies based on availability and demand, and those final prices are set by the ticket sellers who list on our exchange. If you get a chance, you should shop around a bit next time you're looking for tickets. You may find that we're still among the cheapest for tickets, at time being cheaper than the actual face value.

We purchased an overly-priced Bumpershoot ticket for our daughter about a month before the event. As fate would have it, the logistics (i. E., transportation, etc.) fell through at the last minute and she was unable to go. We were able to sell her ticket to another fair goer to recoup some of our losses, but he was denied entrance into the event. The rude fair staffers stated that the wrist band was tampered with and since it was sold by a 3rd party vendor there was nothing they could/would do.
Obviously, TicketLiquidator is not responsible for the unfortunate chain of events; however, we were disappointed to learn that venues can, and apparently do, discriminate fair goers that use alternative ticketing sources. It was all a waste of our time, energy, and resources trying to recoup any percentage of the loss during an already stressful time when all the logistics were falling apart.

After climbing to the very top row of second balcony, my friend and I could see and hear very well and it was a lovely experience.
When I first went to my computer to find a ticket for the event, I was thrilled when it said Orchestra so I knew as a senior I would not have a long way to go to get to my seat. When I printed out the ticket and found it second balcony, I was so disappointed.
Concert was poorly sound mixed. But, still Awesome. But, But, It was too long. People were leaving in the middle of the headliner (JOURNEY), because the concert was too long. Should have dropped Tower of Power and ended the show at 10:00pm instead of 11:00pm!

Whenever I need tickets for a sporting event, I use TicketLiquidator. I can pick my seat and I can see the view I will have. And, TicketLiquidator lets me know when the tickets are available for shipping. I have never had a problem with TicketLiquidator.
Answer: Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.

Answer: Hello Glenn, the reason you were advised you will have to receive the paperless entry tickets at a later date is because ticket sellers usually arrange paperless ticketing events in one of two ways: 1) A representative from the sellers office will meet you (and, likely, other customers, too) at the venue prior to the event, wait in line with you, and have the company credit card scanned by venue personnel. 2) The ticket-selling company will purchase the paperless tickets initially on a gift card (eg: VISA) and then mail this gift card to any subsequent ticket buyer. This buyer can then take the card (aka: the original purchase card) with them to the venue and have it swiped by venue personnel.
