Tennis express warranty was no help after my adidas tennis shoes Canvas cracked on both shoes after playing appropriately 8 times. Tennis express warranty manger David Trummer recommend reaching out to Adidas directly.
I ordered some New Balance tennis shoes from Tennis Express in October 2021 (almost 10 moths ago) and they were just delivered on August 18,2022. The shoes were charged to my credit card when they were ordered so they have had my money. I received an email a few days before they were delivered which is no longer my address. When I received an email that they were delivered I called Tennis Express to notify them of the problem. The first customer service rep said it wasn't their fault and he couldn't do anything to help. I called a second and third time, of which the CR's said they would have someone contact me. The 4th time I called, I was fortunate enough to be speaking with a manager. She said a claim would be filed and it would take 10 days to investigate it, but she would speak with her manager. I still have not received a call or email from anyone at Tennis Express. I have purchased multiple times from TE but will never do business with them again because of their lack of customer service. They have known that the tennis shoes were back order for 10 months and should have reached out to their loyal customers to keep them updated. I would highly recommend not doing business with them.

The only shoe I wear is K Swiss. I have been wearing K Swiss shoes for the past 4 years, alway a size 8. I ordered these shoes in a size 8 and could not get them on my feet because they are so small. How could K Swiss get this so wrong? The shoes are useless to me so I sent them back.
Please stay away from tennis express. They are kind of cheaters. Low business ethics. They charge 9.95 dollars fir every item in the order by shipping them separately. Low business ethics.
Finally arrived my order, I could not choose for a long time, but thanks to very competent advice I was able to decide on the model. The order came quickly and well packed. The package is complete, no complaints in work yet. Thank you!

Had high hopes after my first order. Second time around I paid extra for 2-day shipping. They charged my card then sat on my order for a week. No communication. Not cool.
The variety in shoes selection is great as well as the available sizes. Shipping was fast and product was well packaged.
We purchased NikeCourt React VaporNXT shoes and within two months they wore through both soles. TE was no help. They claimed they contacted Nike and it was refused. If you are a frequent player and want value for purchase I suggest going direct to manufacturer to buy and not deal with TE. The customer service sucks.

I ordered what was described as orange tennis balls on their website. The balls delivered were yellow, and delivered in an orange can. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and was told that I should have known they were yellow, and would offer no further assistance. Absolute misrepresentation and false advertising, as well as atrocious customer service.
I ordered here a tennis suit and tennis strings and some more equipment. I am quite satisfied with the quality of the costume. The only thing that I didn't like was that it took a long time to order.
I was very excited to get my new demos when i i i received them they look fine, but the Vcore. The Vcore strings are wore down about to break, so i did not get to her this racket.
I wanted to buy a pair of New Balance tennis shoes because they're the only brand I know of that sells these in extra wide (4E). I went to a local NB store and not only didn't they have any in stock, but none of their other stores did and neither did the warehouse. I shopped online and found that Tennis Express had these shoes in stock and in my size (10 4E). I ordered them on Wednesday and received them on Friday with free 2-day UPS shipping. The shoes were brand new, in perfect shape, in the right size, and packaged well. The box even contained a return shipping label should I need to return them for any reason. (And they threw in a pad and pen!) Just simply terrific service.

I ordered a pair of Yonex Tennis Shoes on May 19,2021. I was informed that they were on back order, and it would take approximately 3 weeks to get my shoes. Three weeks came and went. Tennis Express did not notify me, so I started contacting them. I was told things were running late "universally" and I would have my shoes mid-June. Mid-June came and went. Now it is July 13. I called Tennis Express again, and again was told it was "not their fault" and my Yonex shoes were still on back order. I asked the customer service operator if money was charged to my card on May 19, and he assured me it was. I suggested two things: 1) that my account shouldn't be charged until they send my shoes, and 2) that they change the name of the company from "Tennis Express" to anything else.
Answer: Tennis Warehouse is a much better company. More reliable and much better customer service
