I was disappointed that they sent me a stainless hydro flask when I ordered a cobalt one even though the order confirmation clearly says COBALT. So I called them, they didn't pick up, I left a voicemail, they didn't get back to me and it had been days since I received the bottle. On top of that, the hydro flask was shipped in a plastic bag with no other protections around the bottle.
