Needs more staff, maybe training to be efficient. Waited almost 30 min to get a tumbler. There was an extra person who went inside the office and never came out seeing there are 4 people waiting to be served. Hello admin. This is for your info so you have better customer service.
Fraudulent charges on our acct. We've been fighting a phone that was billed to us for two years. Finally switched providers and now they won't unlock one of our phones that's paid off. All over seas customer service. They repeat themselves over and over. You can never track down anyone you've already talked to. Minimum time on a call is an hour to try and fix an issue, then no issues are fixed. It's awful. Just don't do it.
Be very aware that if you over pay upon closing your account they will NOT refund you no matter what. Was literally told they are going to keep my money after speaking with 6 different representatives.
I was a sprint customer, and now that T-mobile has taken over the customer service has become trash. Every single time I go into the Chehalis office they are condescending jerks, acting they are something special and everyone else is beneath them because they've worked at T-mobile for 3 years. I have a college education and I am fluent in 3 different industrial trades, and have been using cell phones since you were in diapers. Don't act like you're better than me because you know the newest phone and can open a new line on someone's account. Get some calluses on your hands instead of your thumbs before you treat everyone on a higher pay scale like they're stupid. Switching to AT&T. Keeping my phone number isn't important enough to continue dealing with their BS.

They say they have my back as I wait on hold for 39 minutes and can't get through to anyone not even via instant chat which appears to be an option but never connects. I finally gave up. The store can't help me because they said we're still with Sprint, but the can sell me a new phone or upgrade my service. Quite frustrating and laughable. Thinking there's probably something out there better...
This started about 18 months ago when a salesman lied to me about everything. Literally nothing he said was correct. Then their pathetic attempt to provide service. Well i had it and it sucks. It requires calling customer service for hours to at least get the working. But I'd always be back in 2 or 3 days. They should also teach proper English to the operators.
A rep said they don't have same "courtesies" as Sprint and the bill is now considerably higher since the merge, which we were not informed about ahead of time. Customer service sucks in comparison to what Sprint had. Rarely have even one bar in major cities like San Francisco and Los Angeles. Service on apps is very slow. It's been terrible
Terrible customer service for the business side. The people migrating people over from Sprint have absolutely no Idea how to do there jobs. 25 hours of my time and 4 months still not done! Still in a semi workable Limbo with no end in sight. So many promises broken. I was just told that our 18 line account wasn't big enough for a manager to help with!
Called a store about getting phone replaced after kid destroyed my wife's phone. We was turned away after a half hour drive because we're Sprint customers? We had T-Mobile SIM cards on their network since two years ago. Gave us a difficult time when we said screw it we're switching companies then if they won't help us. They immediately tried sending us to collections as well instead of letting us pay off total on next billing cycle. Complete shady business tactics they were pulling. On top of this they always refused to change name on plan after we got married as well. Very annoying, crappy company from our experience. Service was always spotty too.
They false advertise also I was told when I signed up that I would receive $100 Visa gift card and be able to use it with my first bill it's going on 8 weeks now and still have not received it. Customer service is terrible they just act like they don't care about the customers
All they do is lie I've been with them almost a year and can't wait to be done. No one in customer service has a clue what they r doing they will make ur life miserable I have the work and then you go somewhere else
Zero stars. These businesses are just so unethical. I've been humming along with a $55 per month internet charge for months and all of the sudden, they charged me an extra $236 with no "heads up" - no warning. I'm on the phone with billing now who are insisting it is an "equipment charge". Just don't auto-pay anything these days. You cannot trust companies with your payment information.
I've been with Sprint for 16 years & it wasn't that great to begin with but since they became t-mobile the service has gone from mediocre to horrible.
They slow down data transfer speed but your phone will still say 4G speed.
I will be filling a report about this with Consumer Protection Agency or any other relevant government Agency.
Tmobile just bought mint mobile, the monopoly is insane & we, the consumers, need to protest such monopolies, seek out class action lawsuits, elect government officials that will prevent greedy-capitalism/anti-real-capitalism
I have been a customer since 2016, when it was Sprint first and lets just say, I miss Sprint. Tmobile charges for everything even help from customer service. This is my last month with them. They know nothing about Loyalty.
I have phoned t-mobile 20+ times to try to sort this out, but not one time has anyone every returned my phone call. It's been 6 months and they are now threatening dept collections, but still won't return my calls.
I would give them 0 stars. The most horrific experience after being their customer for 11 years almost... Worst customer service ever, with people that are lying in your face when actually don't want or cannot resolve your issues, worst signal and especially if you have a 5G phone don't expect to have 5G signal anywhere. Also I've bought a $1400 Samsung Galaxy S 20 Ultra 5G from them and after only 3 months didn't work properly and they've done nothing for 6 months of weekly complaining. In the end they changed it with a refurbished one the blocked after 2 days. So please do yourself a favor find a better option, my experience was traumatic as I lost many days on the phone with them, not hours, in 6 months I've lost days! Just yesterday the whole day until past midnight when I was done with them for good.
