I would give no stars if I could. I have endured Swanson shipping problems for far too long. I have been waiting over two weeks for my most recent order. I have decided to order all of my vitamins through Amazon going forward. I won't give these folks another dime.
Swanson's discounts are fraudulent and fake. They triple their price and put aside 70% off... When you check the price for the same product elsewhere it's similar to the regular price elsewhere. They don't care if they lost your parcels and will ask you to wait forever ( I've sometimes been told to wait 3-4 weeks! Past the normal delivery date)before declaring a parcel lost and reshipping the goods if their agents decide to do so. Swanson never process the returns unless you send multiple emails and threaten them... and even when they process them they will always forget to refund some articles... however they cash in very fast. Sometimes, they will ship products that will expire in less than 3 months and when you inquire why, they will tell you that they have the right to do so! And that you are the problem. Their customer care agents are sometimes polite but not helpful... 90% of the time they send you generic responses where you can clearly see that they don't care at all about customers... their mandate is to cash in!, not to help you out with any issues. Or if you order the large size but they charge you for the regular and even if you send pics to prove your point, they will not address the problem, because they are perfect and never make mistakes. You are always considered as a potential fraudster... this is how the agents are trained... Their advertisement is also questionnable and if you register for receiving their specials notifications, every day is the best sale of the year with their best savings and you should be giving all your cash to them EVERY DAY!...
Oh and when you respond that you disagree, they translate that by you are offensive and aggressive and then their customer care Manager (A.) with the intelligence of a cockroach on medication will send you a generic email of 5 pages explaining to you how wonderful Swanson is and how bad you are because you don't agree to be fooled and ripped off! And you don't say thank you to everything... Well, obviously, I will never buy again from them and it's been the worst purchasing experience of my life.
I was an avid customer of Swanson's for years & years. I still believe that the products are good. Their website has given me a lot of problems. I tried to use their service of paying through Amazon. It didn't work. It cost me much time to get things straightened out. I had to call Amazon. It was Swanson's fault but they blamed Amazon. There are many times I have had issues with them. BE CAREFUL I have gotten afraid to shop there because I go from problem to problem.
Ordered 2 times from swansoneurope so can definitely say that they answer fast during working hours and delivery time is also very fast. My orders came on the second business day after placing them (dhl express).
As for quality of products not sure yet as my first order was in mid May. But when I take these supplements I can feel that it is not just placebo and it is working. As for results, I need to take more time to understand.

I've ordered several times with this company and the shipping times used to be adequate. They are located only one state away from me which has been very convenient for getting my orders in a reasonable amount of time. It usually only takes two days to go from Reno, NV to the SW corner of Utah. NOT ANYMORE. They wait two days to ship it and then another week to get it. Yes- nine days for me to get my order. It goes from Reno to California, then to Arizona and on to Salt Lake City and then to Provo and finally to me. SERIOUSLY? This has been the case with the last three orders. In their efforts to save $. 50 on shipping costs, they have lost a customer that used to spend no less than $75/month. Hope it was worth it. Just because someone has a business doesn't mean they know how to run it. Let this be an example. My experience with VitaCost is significantly better than this and their customer service is top notch.

I have been taking vitamins and supplements for over 10 years and have a lot of experience with different companies, brands, supplements, ingredients, etc. Before Swansons, I was paying around $40 a bottle for high quality vitamins-don't get me wrong they were great-but extremely expensive and not worth the money. Swansons has high quality supplements at an affordable cost. Shipping was quick and easy.

In 20 years I never received an expired product from Swansonvitamins so not sure what the people producing these scathing reviews on expired products are thinking. They have a 'Manufactured Date" which shows that they are disclosing more then most competitors do. I would admit that they did change their shipping company about a year ago which hurt them badly in customer service. 2/3's of the time I receive my shipment within the 3-4 days of ordering but on occasion it could take twice as long. In short the products are above grade quality at a wholesale price.
I sent in an order for 4 items, pre paid with my credit card, for a total of $34.95. One of the items shipped separately from a warehouse, so, Swanson charged my credit card for 3 items, totaling $20.46. The $13.99 for the remaining item, was included in the $34.95 original payment. My credit card shows a pending charge for $34.95, waiting for the rest of the order, now swanson is trying to bill me the $13.99, on top of the original $34.95, when it is already included in the original payment. My husband called them, and after MUCH explaining about a simple matter, we were informed that they would do NOTHING! That it is up to us to fix the mistake THEY made with my credit card! WHAT! I have been doing business with Swanson's for years, it pains me to have to do this, I thought so much more of them than this, like I said... they screwed up my credit card, and in as much as told me to get lost, it is my responsibility to correct their mistake... I have to give them a low rating because of customer service. I have been ordering vitamins for years and I in error placed an order with a wrong item and immediately contacted them to fix the order and they couldn't do it. Why? It was within minutes. They said I had to keep it or send it back which cost me shipping charges. I have been ordering online for years and most companies have a grace period time for you to make changes. I called Swanson because I received email about shipment of vitamins I; ve never ordered. They told me that these vitamins were on easy refill. I stated that I never put anything on easy refill. They told me to send the vitamins back but refused to refund shipping charges. The customer service rep, Pam could not care less when I told her that I will write bad review on the internet. Apparently nobody cares about the company reputation. I'll never order from them again!
