It was relativity easy, however there should be a phone number for customer support and the website should be easier to navigate as I couldn't find the product page at the time of requesting my documents as I would have bundled my purchase with a tag and card.
They got me my documents in less then 24 hours, I was able to bring Nala (my ESA approved cat) with my to the hotel while working out of town where they previouly denied me. I even sent a copy to my new landlord to get rid of my monthly pet deposit. I never knew than getting Nala approved after having her for 12 years!

Due to my health getting worse, I very much needed my pet with me at all times. I have seizures among other health issues and mental health issues and my ESA calms me and brings me so much comfort. Support Pets was so supportive! It's so easy too! You just fill out a questionnaire and it really just tells you exactly what to do from there. It's the simplest process ever! My experience as a mom of a rescue bully has been less than welcome me for my poor pup. The assumptions people make about this breed is so sad and undeserving. I am so thankful for support pets, and making my ESA process so easy. I am now able to take my sweet girl everywhere I go, and we couldn't be happiercouldn't be happier.
My daughter has two cats that give her so much comfort as she has sensory processing disorder. She is calmed by them laying on her. Their weight actually will take away anxiety and this was an easy process so we can have them with us in our house rental and for travel. It was a man easy and fast process.

I applied for this service for my dog. Gotta say it was very fast and easy. Had to answer a few simple questions and that was really it. I thought it would have been cheaper, but it is what it is. Received the documents via email immediately.

The documents were well presented and provided in a timely manner. Help needed in the event of landlord not accepting my letter and I have to make a choice of losing my home or losing my support dog. I have to either leave on the 30th or he does.

I needed to have the esa status for my dog done quick as they changed pet policy where i live.The whole process online took a very short time,was easy to do and had my esa documents emailed to me within 48hrs!The price was reasonable also!

I wanted to enjoy the process but the upsells and constant confusion over why I'm resubmitting forms and not sure if some of it is marketing that has nothing to do with my application or account is not pleasant.

I tried to log in but was having issues with the log-in, so I emailed customer support. Within a few minutes I received a very nice reply with another link that DID allow me to print my documents.

I am Confused about what I ordered And received. The registration card emailed to me said i couldn't save it to my Apple wallet. It also doesn't look official and I have No idea if I am Getting an official card hard copies, mailed, to me so I can Keep it in my actual wallet like the other ones. I son't Know what I purchased As I already Have my own doctor's note. The point of getting yours is to approve me. So now that I'm approved what am I getting? Confused
