Very happy with this service. Waiting on ESA Vest and tag to arrive soon. I did not get the discount as advertised and had to make multiple separate purchases. Other than that very helpful communication.

I was having issues with my debit card going through (my bank was blocking for possible fraud) - I tried so so many times & every single time, the total was going to be $107.99 because of a discount being offered. Well imagine this - when my card finally did go through, it was for $142.99. That extra discount offered was no longer check-marked! When I emailed, I was told I didn't choose the correct selection. But I never had to the previous times! I was told I'd hear back after it was reviewed & no one has contacted me. TYPICAL of these types of places, such false advertising & complete lack of customer service!

Initially I was worried this would be a rigorous process or if it would even work out at all, however, with Support Pets they made it an easy and enjoyable experience. I was taken through a questionnaire and provided information about my pet, the next day I had my documents signed by a medical professional and I was able to submit them to my apartment complex. I even got a 50% off text making this whole experience that much more desirable! Would highly recommend to anyone who's looking to get their dog esa certified.

It was so easy to register my love bug, JR. Now neither one will hardly be separated by restrictions imposed on by pets and their owners. JR was a gift from God through my husband. JR and I instantly fell in love with each other. Little did I know how much I needed him. He settles me down after being in traffic and running errands. We are very satisfied with are experience getting our cat designated as an emotional support animal. Your system was very easy to navigate and the whole process was fast and efficient. The only issue I have now is the high amount of sales type emails we are receiving. If it continues I will need to opt out of receiving them.

Seemed to offer documents that are of more importance than other sites offered. Only thing i wish was different: I wish they would've included ID Tags, Leash or some sort of item besides just the paperwork, without the extra costs which I found their prices to be extremely high for any type of gear. You can get this certificate at other sites that come with everything: leash, vest, tags and alot more for only $10 more. However I decided to go with what I needed most and that was good documentation & fast turnaround. Thank you!
