This process was easy and quick. Love how fast I was able to get everything for my furbaby and love that they also offer the gear. Only downside is the customer service. It takes over 24 hours for someone to get back to you and the chat service disconnected me three times. Good overall, though.

My dog Edgar has been my ESA for a few years now. Recently, I received an email reminding me to update my payment method to ensure the automatic renewal of my ESA certification. I promptly updated it as instructed, but unfortunately, the renewal didn't go through as expected. Instead, I received another email notifying me that my certification had expired. This meant I had to go through the process of submitting a new application. While it was a bit inconvenient, I'm relieved and grateful that my application was approved again.

Given how much I and my partner have been through over the last several years, we have had such great experiences with Support Pets to get our ESA for both of our cats. We do also seek outside help, but if we didn't have our two cats it wouldn't be making nearly as much of a difference for us with our mental health.

I have a Great Dane and am trying to find a apartment as I'm getting the "Big D". And I found out with my conditions I can get him as a ESA. And so instead of having to get rid of my big teddy bear. Now I can keep him with me! And support animals made the transition to a ESA SO EASY! One less thing to worry about!

The ESA Team responded efficiently. The video explained common questions. While I have a cat, and some of the offerings and eligibilities are not needed, I feel comfortable knowing I do not have to choose between my pet and where I live.

I am a disabled 79-year-old Vietnam Veteran who plans on moving from Indiana to Chicago. Remi, a 2-year-old Jack Russell, will be coming along. Chicago is a surprisingly dog friendly place for a big city, but my wife and I decided an ESA might come in handy, so I did an online deep dive, came up with Support Pets as one of the possible providers. Besides good reviews and service, I was looking for ease of application. I am not online or computer savvy by any stretch, but with only a few bumps in the road Remi had her ESA Card in my e-walet and she had her documentation paperwork within 48 hours. So, thank you Support Pets.
It was really easy to navigate the website and it was a quick approval process and to get the letter once you paid. It is not up front about pricing, it should show you a total before you checkout which it does not. It advertises $99 but it's actually $134.
