As a regular customer I can say they have decent service. Sometimes they do not deliver as quick, but if you search contact they will tell you when they are able to deliver it and you will receive it. I do think people freak out too quick, thinking it is scam. But you just need to communicate with them if needed, it solves a lot! :)

I was skeptical at first that this site might not work, but it really does work! Smaller amounts of gil came in within 20 min of ordering while the larger amount came in 4 hours. They will contact you as soon as the gil is ready in case all wasnt delivered initially.
