I have to admit, I do not trust many sites, however for the past 4 years of using SSEgold, they have never failed me. Even before purchase, the support team is great and helpful and I usually stay in the live chat before I make a purchase to ensure that everything proceeds smoothly and quickly. Not many sites offer this option.
From the negative reviews, I can only advise you of this - there are options to check stock beforehand and support where a member of staff will stay with you in chat until you received your purchase. Use your brains.

I've been buying Gil for FFXIV from SSEgold since 2016 and their service never ceases to amaze me! Ruby is especially helpful, sweet and kind! I bought Gil in January of this year, had a bunch of family issues and was super busy, returned to FF and purchased more Gil and forgot to log in and receive it, and this week I returned to FFXIV and contacted Ruby on Skype so ask her if she could help me get the 6 million Gil I was missing she was amazing with it she checked my order history and went "Yep! You still need the 6 million right" and the next day I had my Gil! I will say SSEgold has always been super quick on their deliveries and making sure that even if they are out of stock you are the first to know when their stocks are replenished! I wouldn't use any other site besides them
