Its been long time since i first contacted Sali in question of WoW, i was buying some golds, some was even sold and some time later, i started playing ESO and tried to buy golds there too, of course it was delivered fastly within hour, first 300k and than 600k always contacted me after if the golds were delivered, and even added me to direct contacts for future orders! So i can only advice to buy from them.
Bought several amounts of gil off them and always get it within 10 mins of paying. Customer support is fast and helpful. Will continue to use their site over others.

In the many years I've used this service, only once have I had to ask for a partial refund due to a 5-day shortage during a time when our server was closed off and people were buying up any available gil for housing that was soon to drop with the next coming patch. These things happen. Which is why they recommend asking about their inventory -BEFORE- you buy. So it was understandable.
They are generally prompt and helpful and look to ensure customer satisfaction. As someone who has worked many years in customer service, I appreciate how I am treated as a customer. It's why I come back to them every time.
