Ordered sweatshirts from Spiritshop.com and as we know Stuff happens, I contacted customer service and they contacted me and had the problem resolved.
Customer Service was awesome and because of that, I will purchase from them again.

After horrible service and being hung up on I ordered my product over a month ago and still have not received it I should have looked up the reviews for this company I even looked up the Better Business Bureau and they have a F someone needs to see about how to close this business horrible customer service I have not received my products to see the quality and I am quite afraid of what I'm about to receive

Terrible Customer Service

I do not recommend this site! I purchased an order and paid an additional for $35 for overnight shipping. Even with production time I received the item 11 days following my order and they refused to refund my shipping cost. I received no update about my order during this time until it was shipped closer to two weeks later. I have called, used the website to track its status, etc and was not given a response until I asked for a refund for shipping to which they refused.

The products are of incredibly poor quality, their customer service is well below grade, and the fit is awful. The duffel bag couldn't support the weight of one book without buckling... the shirts were see through (you can imagine my wife won't be wearing her shirt)... and the workmanship was horrible. Take your money and your business somewhere else.

Don't buy from here

Nothing is returnable, even if it is not personalized with your own name. The BS "the original is your to keep" that I received in an email is absurd. Of course it's mine to keep because I paid the overpriced amount and you won't take it back. The quality was poor, the material felt cheap, the school logo was so small it can hardly be seen.
Poor customer service if you ask me!
Order from somewhere else. Wish I could give zero stars!

STAY AWAY

I ORDERED FROM THEM TWICE, FIRST TIME I ORDERED THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM AND TOLD ME TO PAY TO RETURN IT AND ONCE THEY GET IT THEY WILL SEND THE CORRECT ITEM. I THOUGHT IT MAY HAVE JUST BEEN A MISTAKE. I MADE ANOTHER ORDER TO SURPISE MY GRANDSON AND THE SIZE WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT THEY SHOW. CUSTOMER SERVICE? THEY DONT HAVE ANY! NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! NEVER!

HORRIBLE!

My son has Cerebral Palsy and he made it to high school. I ordered him a t-shirt to celebrate and ordered according to their size chart. It was at least 2 sizes too small. Cheap fabric, thin and flimsy. I contacted customer service and they are a joke. I told them I used their size chart and they told me to measure the shirt and send them the measurements and they would look into it. I don't have time for their crap. I will never order from them again. I am going to report this to the school. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THEIVES!

I Purchased from them before and never had a problem until recently. I purchased a shirt from them for $40 and they sent it to me with the lettering below my mid back so my sons name sits below my bra line. The number is even lower setting on my hips and rear end when I told them that this looked inappropriate their response was this is the way they place it? So if this is the way they place it do not do not have any personalization done! Please don't buy from them because it's not the way a shirt should lock the name should sit between the shoulder blades. They are telling me that this is the way they do it find another place and save yourself the money!

Horrible

I wish I would it read the reviews before placing an order cheap material a really expensive price a sweatpants for $43 should cost $5 for how horrible they are and the sizing is so offf that they should be taken to court for stealing money

I will complain to the school this is embarrassing

I will never buy anything from this brand. My daughter begged me to buy a pair of sweatpants and I ordered a small for her they fit my husband. He his a large size. When I complained, they told me that they have no return policy for customize items. Do not buy from here

"Screen print" is bad quality, not located in proper spit on tshirt. Very basic school name and sport, no mascot etc still looks cheap although it was expensive. Don't do it.

I wish I would have read the reviews I now see here before I ordered. More of the same in my experience. Took way longer than the "up to five business days to print" and when they arrived, one of our shirts had a logo that was unfinished! The quality of shirt is poor as well, 50% polyester, feels like sandpaper. The shape is weird as well. Such a disappointment and waste of money.

So I wish I would have read reviews before placing an order considering a 4th of their reviews were 1 stars & probably wouldn't be that if customers could give a 0! I ordered on Thursday chose 2 day shipping paying $30+ bc our girls are in championship game this morning. On Saturday I get an update that my order has shipped so when I contact customer service the representative could do nothing but tell me they couldn't refund my order at all since I wouldn't have it in time, then she goes on to say that they couldn't refund my shipping method bc it's already shipped. Well when checking UPS still up until yesterday (Monday) it said hadn't arrive at UPS facility. Only a label was created. I ask to speak with a manager and wow was she as bad as her employees if not worse bc she tried covering it up and making them look better bc the processing was much faster than the 5 days(which again on the website says up to 5 days not 5 days exactly) and having friends that own these same types of shops you can have something done in a couple hours from scratch. So I proceed to ask could they refund shipping and just send it normal with the lowest shipping rate since I wouldn't have it for the game today I get the same answer and I send in a picture where UPS states it's not even at their facility still 2.5 days later. I haven't gotten a response! Will never work with these pathetic no good customer representatives and waste of money shop again! My job depends on customer service bc I'm in medical sales with doctors and surgeons all day and if they aren't happy you make it right! And on the shipping side a good company has direct contact and can change shipping rates time method etc. so apparently if they can't do that they are either money hungry or a terrible company that doesn't have that kind of support which clearly shows in their customer reviews! Unless you are willing to throw your money away I wouldn't suggest using these people.

Ordered a sweatshirt. It came with the logo skewed due to poor quality. I contacted customer service for a replacement and they were very rude. Would not recommend ordering anything from this company ever.

Not good at all.

Terrible customer service. Placed order Dec. 6 for one shirt. Called December 19 to check on status. Waited 24 minutes. Finally takes to someone (she was actually nice). However she promised that it was being shipped and I would get by December 22. Got nothing. Called again several times waiting 15-20 minutes to talk to someone. Never got answer. Sent email. Never got answer. Did finally receive shirt December 29. Maybe I can give as gift next Christmas.

Poor Customer Service

I placed an order for a mans Adult Crewneck Sweatshirt with the high school name on it for my sister. She normally takes a medium. I wasn't sure if they ran small even after measuring her other sweatshirts to their online size chart so I ordered a size large for her. It was at least 2 sizes small. The Spirit Shop would not let me return or exchange it unless I ordered another sweatshirt. I wanted to order the long sleeve mens shirt, but they said their policy stated it had to be the same item just another size. They were willing to pay 50% of it, but I had no idea what size & if it would fit. Then I'd be in the same situation. I knew the xlg in shirt would fit her as she tried on the one I ordered at this same time.

I feel this is very poor business & people are being taken advantage of. It was less than 30 days. I will not order from them again and will be sure to let everyone know how they treat their customers.

With their policy
I would even take the Long Sleeve Ultra Cotton Shirt in XLG as mine fit her in that material and pay the difference (See my order)

HORRIBLE COMPANY

Ordered 2 shirts on Dec 7th, and as of Dec 26th I haven't gotten either. I contacted their customer service on Dec 19th to explain these were Christmas gifts and find out why I hadn't received them yet. I got a reply telling me delivery was "guaranteed by Christmas Eve" and that shipping would be upgraded. Lies. On Dec 21st I got an impersonal email telling me that one of my items was "out of stock" and the order had been canceled. So, 2 1/2 weeks after I placed the order, 2 days after they guaranteed delivery, and on the Friday before Christmas, they canceled my order. My second item that wasn't canceled still hasn't arrived, and neither has my refund. This company is a joke. Don't order from them, there are better online companies that do the same thing.

I ordered items for my granddaughters on December 10th and paid extra for two day shipping. These items were Christmas gifts for them. I called on December 17th to get a status because it was showing cancelled in the system, but I had not cancelled the order. The lady that I spoke with told me that there was an issue with printing and I would have the items on Friday, December 21st, and I would be receiving an email. I asked her if the items are shipping Friday or if I would have them Friday? She said I would have them Friday. Well Friday, December 21st has come and gone and no sweatshirts. On Saturday, December 22nd I received an email stating that my items shipped, however, when I go to track the shipment it states "label created", which means a label was create but the item has not shipped. I called on Monday, December 24th and kept getting "all of our representatives are unable to take your call, please stay on the line for the next available representative". Apparently they are still busy, because it is now Wednesday, December 26th and I' m still getting the same message and the items are still showing "label created". I should have read the reviews before ordering from this scam shop... I mean spirit shop. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE... Consider yourself warned! I which I could give a NEGATIVE 10.
