I bought my son a college hoodie from here for Christmas. He's going to love it! You carry larger sizes, exactly what I need. The design was extremely nice. Prices was reasonable. Glad I found this site. I made sure to add it to my save folder. I'll be definitely ordering from here again!
I recently ordered a high school team shirt from this firm. I received exactly what I ordered and received it timely. The product appears to be of the expected quality. No issues.
I ordered a hoodie for a Christmas present. I received it (to the tune of $47). When I ordered it, I designed it on their website. It appeared to have a dark grey print on a light grey hoodie. When I got the item, you could not see the print as it blended in. I contacted them and they told me (on Dec. 13) that they would redo the item and guaranteed I would have it by Christmas. On 12/19 they emailed me stating it was out of stock and there would be no refund nor would they reprint it. Have tried contacting them via phone and email with no response. SAVE YOUR MONEY... THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!
The positive is the sweatshirts are very warm and comfy. However, the printing on it looks very cheap. It looks like they ran out of ink when printing. Too light, no pop to it! Wish I had read reviews first.
I have never written a review in my life but this company is the worse... I ordered one sweat shirt they send it spelt wrong They replaced it and spelt it wrong again. I have been calling emailing for days No response But a ticket saying they will get back with me IN 24 hours. SPELLED SCHOOL WRONG BOTH TIMES

I never received my package although they tell me that it was delivered to my front door at 7:29 a.m.
Then they told me to go to my local Post Office and see what happened.
I was never given an opportunity to return the item the tracking is CRAP.
Ordered two items. One was correct. I ordered Clifton, New Jersey and they sent me some place in North Carolina! Now they are only crediting me partial of the wrong item because they say I bought it on sale. I did not. Funniest thing about this company, once you receive your order, they delete it from their system so you can't even go back and look at the prices or item numbers. The 1st guy that messaged me wanted to give me back the entire amount and I was honest and told him that I only wanted to be credited for the item that was wrong. See attached email. But now, they are not honoring it and only want to credit me back $20. Ridiculous!
Terrible customer service. I ordered a shirt for my son. It is crooked and off center. No one answers the phone and no one responds to emails. I literally let the phone go for almost 2 hours and it just kept going through the loop with no one answering. This company is a scam.

"Based on the photos the hat is not defective. We could replace the hat as a courtesy but I would recommend changing the print color. You selected a dark color text on a dark item, would be the only reason why it's hard to see the text."
I decided not to return it because I would just get another one with "THE PATCH",

First look at the screenshot of the product I purchased, this screenshot was taken from the spirit shop website, and then compare it to the actual product I received in the other two photos.
I emailed the photo to spiritshop and they replied that the beanie is not defective.
I ordered on Nov 11 at 1:55pm PST so I did not count that day. Customer service told me that the 19th is the 5th business day. Let's see... Nov 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19. Looks like 6 to me. Direct quote from customer service email, "You placed your order 11/11/19 at 4:55pm. Meaning, it was after 2pm and the order did not get placed onto a work order production until Tuesday 11/12/19. The 5th business day is the following Tuesday which is 11/19. That's how the 5h business day is the 19th." I work for a manufacturing company and Tuesday to Tuesday is NOT 5 working days. Who knows when I will receive my order but it will be my last.
Terrible. I ordered a shirt for my son which was too small. Tried to change the size and was rudely advised that i have only 1 hour to make changes. I wont buy here again.
About two weeks ago I ordered a hoodie for my school and when it came the front of it was printed on extremely crooked and I wanted to exchange it. I've tried emailing the company a total of 4 times and called on 3 separate occasions with no response to anything. This is ridiculous I should not have paid $55 for a hoodie to receive it printed crooked and then never even hear from the company let alone get my money back. I am extremely frustrated and still haven't heard back from them.

This is hand down the worst shopping experience I have ever had!
Very disappointed! Names and numbers way too low on the backs instead of where they should be located. The front is also very low and off center. I have no idea what this material is but I guessing almost zero cotton. These are little kids shirts and I paid almost $32 each. The quality is so poor I won't ever order from them again.
Oh my goodness, avoid this company at all costs. I cannot believe this company is still in business. I ordered a t-shirt and check the order a few days later via my email. It said the order was canceled. No update from the company, nothing. A shirt shows up at my door today and is 100% the wrong product. No customization on the back. My option was to send it back at my shipping expense to get a refund. The customer service representative interrupted me at least 12 times, and when I raised my voice to stop her from interrupting me she said I was "harassing her". What? This company is a complete fraud. Please, please, please, whatever you do, stay away from this business. They act as if they're affiliated with a lot of schools. The t-shirt quality is horrific at best.
Bottom line? This company made the mistake, shipped me the wrong product, and gave me the option to ship back at my expense.
Also, when you call their customer service number, it 90% of the time, rings and then goes silent. I read another reviewer say "I literally have never hated a company more". I can relate with this person 100%. AWFUL.
Ordered a hoodie and forgot to request back printing. Emailed them right away to change the order (2 hrs after placed) and they said they wouldn't amend it. They also wouldn't cance it. They have a 5 day production time but only give you an hour window to cance your order... HUGE SCAM. Expensive too.
I ordered a school sweatshirt for my daughter and the print came out smudged and blurry and I can't seem to get a rep on the phone... very overpriced--acn't believe the quality is so bad.
I ordered a shirt for my sister-in-law; she wanted to surprise my brother for his birthday. We got the surprise instead. I ordered a men's small; they sent a youth small. They refused any refund or exchange. Said something to the effect that it a Spanish/Cuban men's small. What a shoddy company. Never again!
They misspelled my child's school name but insisted I misspelled it! I have had children go through the school system since 1997 and now have grandchildren that attend there. I think I know how to spell it! Besides, I didn't even have to spell anything to order the shirt in the first place. It was a point and click process. Customer service was rude and it was an act of Congress to get them to replace their mistake!

We recommend you measure a hoodie you already own for comparison and then choose whatever size most closely matches those measurements. To measure, lay the hoodie on a flat surface and measure across the front from seam to seam about 1" below the arm hole. Length is measurement from the highest point of the shoulder near the neckline down to bottom hem.
