Paid ($20 extra on an $80 order) for 2-day shipping on a Monday thinking that should get me the product by end of the week for a Friday night football game. 2 custom print jerseys and a football logo shirt. Waited... waited... had a shipping notice with no info in it... so finally I contacted them as there seemed to be a problem. Magically the order shipped after I contacted them, and arrived after 13 days from purchase. I inquired what was up since I paid for 2-day shipping. They pointed me to some language buried in their shipping descriptions online basically saying they're not responsible for any timing issues because they may not feel like working hard enough to get orders out on time. So I paid for 2 day, got 13 days and they don't even apologize. I'll obviously try some other custom printing site next time.
First, watch out for the sale banner on their website. I panicked and made a much needed school gym uniform purchase late at night when I thought the sale was ending. Without the sale it was over $100 for 2 t-shirts and 2 gym shorts. The prices are crazy high in my opinion.
Secondly, I found out the next day that the order was wrong and contacted the company immediately. I couldn't find a phone number so I emailed. They did respond in a reasonable time frame, however, they were quick to tell me I needed to cancel within 1 hour of my order. In what world is that reasonable? They were not open when I made the purchase or an hour from it. They sent me a confirmation of my order the day after I ordered it around dinner time not an hour after I ordered it. They stated it would take 5 to 7 days to process. There is no reason they couldn't have helped me if they wanted to. They tried to tell me that the order goes through right away and that the clothing gets picked and put in line and they couldn't go find it. Everything is computerized, how can you not know where they are? They even showed up with barcodes on the labels of each piece. This is really bad customer service. (To bad for them bc I am a girl scout leader helping to plan a big event, a boy scout leader of a troop of 60 kids who voted for new t-shirts, and the president of the choir booster club for 5 groups who buy new shirts every year. Guess where I won't be buying them)
Third, the order showed up today. My mouth dropped open when I saw what they sent me. The t-shirts are cheap Gildan shirts that you can buy at the craft store for less that $5.00. They are stiff and smell funny. The shorts are see through! They are gym shorts with a liner but the liner is see through! I have been purchasing gym shorts for my kids sports for 9 years and I have never seen anything so cheap.

Trying today to contact Customer Service via their email. They are very very very slow on responding. I have yet to here back on two messages about the order confirmation not being received because of an incorrect email address.
I paid handsomely for a college blanket from SpiritShop as a grad gift. Took forever to receive, then I was shocked at the poor quality. For what I paid I expected a big, thick, warm fleece blanket. What I received was (basically) two yards of some cheap, thin micro-fleece that won't do much for comfort or warmth. I'd return but, surprise, they don't accept returns. I should have done more homework, but they should be selling the kind of product they are charging for.
Every order I've placed at spiritshop has been perfect, except the one with MY mistake. (Their customer service generously provided a one time replacement.) The quality of the clothing was good, the ornaments were a fun surprise, and everything was fully customizable with our school's mascot / logo and many designs from which to choose.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - I ordered three sweatshirts for three members of my family for Christmas. When the sweatshirts case, the colors were nothing like what I ordered and the quality of the material was terrible. There is no customer service number... all done by email. Email response is delayed and they do nothing to remedy the situation but refer you to their online policies... which are not provided adt the time of the order. I wasted $133.72 on this company and will never order from them again.

I ordered a sweatshirt expecting it to be a normal comfy sweatshirt. What I got was a sweatshirt with no stretch in it at all that it was hard to even get on. Once it was on, the fit was so misshapen and deformed. It look like it had shoulder pads in it. And now I'm stuck with it because they don't accept returns.
Ordered a shirt for my son December 4. Is is now December 29 and no shirt. Contacted them and they said too bad so sad we don't give refunds
I ordered a shirt with forest green font. I emailed them stating that they had sent the incorrect order, they first said someone would email me back in one day, it took two days. Then they said they sent the correct order and that the green is very dark and they could send me another shirt with black font, I don't want black, I want green. I told them I just want a refund, they said no because the order had already been made. I have since emailed them twice and they haven't responded. The quality of material isn't very good either. Avoid buying from them please.
I ordered a school sweatshirt for my nephew and there's no way I can give it to him. It looks like I spray painted the logo onto the sweatshirt myself and failed. AVOID SPIRITSHOP.
I ordered a windbreaker with my grandson's school information, jersey number and name. However the logo was not for the intended sport. It turned out it apparently was my mistake. Customer service responded to my inquiry within 24 hours per email. They offered to process the intended article and send it to me. I had to reorder it (with the proper logo) and then they reimbursed me for the reorder. I find this an exceptional response and I'm very pleased. The purchased product was as described and good quality also.
The Return Policy wasn't apparent to me. I sent back a hoodie. They kept it, and after 2 weeks and several attempts at requesting it back while requesting to order and pay for a bigger size-. They said they gave away my hoodie to charity. I'm out $40 and was too late for my sister's birthday..
I ordered 3 branded cups for my daughter's new school. All three had printing that was slightly off centered, different shades of color and not even the true school dark blue color. I immediately contacted customer service and received a response saying they don't take back or return custom work. They agreed to replace one of the cups but have disappeared into the land of no response so I have no idea when or if I'm getting a replacement for the only one they agreed to. Shoddy product and poor customer service. Never again.
I received my mask yesterday and was not happy. It had white lines going through the material and seams and the mask is very thin and you can barely see the image that was on there... i can't wear this mask.
This is the worse purchase I've ever made.
Received a face mask. Unreadable. Mask ear wraps are offset. Have asked for a redo or refund. So disappointed.

Our experience has been terrible with this company. We ordered over 1300 in products and when they arrived we could not believe the sub par quality of the items and the sub par quality of the screen printing. The red color on the logo was pink and/or orange, they were not done correctly, they were horrible. The customer service after the fact was even worse. They refuse to do anything about the mess. Will never order from them again.
I am so disappointed in the quality of the products, Yes I got what I chose but the minute I opened the shipping bag I knew I did not want them. I also was taken in thinking that they were the REAL spirit shop for my grandsons school. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
All my mom wanted for Christmas was a pair of sweatpants from my college. I wanted to personalize them to say mom, since my school didn't sell them in their store I came to spiritshop. What a horrible decision! I used one of the designs they created and it came and half the words were cut off from the pants! When I contacted them for a refund they refused to give me one because they said I ordered it this way... NO your dumb company designed it this way apparently! 100% would never ever used this scam of a company again for ANYTHING. (also way overpriced for the quality)
Stay away from this company, and if your school uses them notify the school they do not provide refunds or have a return policy and will refuse to give money back for poor quality work. Screen print was poor quality.

And then when you contact customer service you never get an answer in return like me waiting a month and a half later to hear from the manager when they told me incorrect info when I spent $30 to have it faster then they shipped it at their convenience apparently bc 4 days later the ups finally received the item to ship it overnight

We recommend you measure a hoodie you already own for comparison and then choose whatever size most closely matches those measurements. To measure, lay the hoodie on a flat surface and measure across the front from seam to seam about 1" below the arm hole. Length is measurement from the highest point of the shoulder near the neckline down to bottom hem.
