تم دفع المبلغ كاملاً ، وتأخروا بالرد في إرسال التذكرة ، ومن ثم تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وأخبروني ببيع التذكرة ، وإذا ترسد التذكرة عليك بدفع مبلغ قريب من سعر التذكرة الأصلي ، هذا ظلم وليس عدلاً تذكرة تكلفتها ٥٣٥ دولار ، جعلوني أدفع عليها أكثر من ٩٠٠ دولار.

When I see a ticket price ( on Kayak.com, for example). I expect that to be the price I will pay. In this case I had to pay well over twice the advertised price after taxes and seat selection and anything else they could think of to charge me for. I will not be using this website again.
Recibí mi reserva, pero no recibí mis tiquetes por lo que llame y es ahí que me informan que la reserva no estaba en el valor que debía estar y que costaba más. Entonces yo le dije que no, que me la cancelará entonces porque yo la había comprado a un precio. Ahí me dicen que me la cancelan pero que me toca paga unos impuestos. Me quedé sorprendida porque no te conservan el valor que te dicen inicialmente pero si la vas a cancelas ahí si te cobran. Terrible

I later got an email saying my book was confirmed. Later another email asking me to let smartfares know if was confirmed...
