Too many emails for the same thing, you could optimize the information in ONE email you should place the ticket numbrerbafterbeachnpassengers name not in a separated list easier to know which belongs to each one The Airline Code is the Fist thing to look on a confirmation email etc, etc.

No particular reason, We did not know your company KAYAK presented 2 options I took the first one, the difference was only 10 USD Now we know you are based in San Diego and have fast good response, and seem to be a fine Company but we wouldn’t know until we take the first Flight
