Love Select Blinds! All 7 shades I have purchased have been easy to install and they are beautiful! Will be buying more until all our windows are covered! The sales are great, too.

Select Blinds FIT guarantee is incredibly misleading they will only replace 1 blind per order. If you are ordering multiple window coverings order separately. Shipping is free and you will be able to get replacements for each blind rather than be screwed like me and have to pay twice!

The customer service team will call you stupid for misunderstanding their intentionally misleading replacement guarantee.

I spent hours trying to get a replacement and Their Customer service team * talked over me, raised their voices, and insulted my wife for being fooled by their fit guarantee.

Order from any one of their competitors but avoid Select blinds. If you do order remember! 1 blind per order so they will honor their guarantee!

Great and easy experience but we're already repeat customers. I even made a mistake on measurement of one window but the Select Blinds guarantee will save me from my own screw up.

Great website, easy to use, excellent prices, quick checkout. Cordless blind is a little tight when lowering, expect that to change over time. Is lighter weight than our previous Bali blind that lasted 7yrs. Hope it holds up.

Good selection/options. Order samples and they were sent promptly. After ordering, I had the shade is around a week and it was a perfect fit to my measurements. Easy installation and clear instructions. While I have had the shade only a few days, thus far it is perfect and has met all my expectations.

I have their blinds throughout my brand new house, and I have to tell you, that I have never had a better product, that fit perfectly, matched perfectly, and came with a super bunch of people helping me, making sure I was getting everything right! They sent me samples, free of charge, (which I highly recommend), it really does give you a clear visual. They'll stay on the phone with you while you get your measurements correct, They'll even talk you through hanging your 1st one if you need it! But, you shouldn't need it, their directions are pretty tight.
All around, I have to say, I have enjoyed working with this company, I probably could have gotten less expensive blinds somewhere else, however, the material I purchased for my blinds is excellent, economical, and will last for years to come, easy to clean, came with clear instructions, and a great bunch of people who wanted my blinds to work as much as I did!
Couldn't say anything more! If you're looking at blinds, vertical or horizontal, cloth, wood, or wood like (because I got them all)!

I guessed at the color and they came a perfect match to my existing blinds. The fit is perfection!

I tried to get hold down brackets for the bottom, but you site did not allow this option for these blinds? Plus, it wasn't until the blinds were actually bracketed on top, did it become clear how they worked from the bottom up... this needs better descriptions.

I'm so enthralled with this company. From the perfection of the product to, more importantly, dealing with customer service. Both of my orders, I measured incorrectly. I can't begin to explain how wonderfully friendly they were and how respectfully they treated me. I've already recommended them, very highly I might add, to numerous friends. I will always order from them anytime I want to make window coverings changes. Truly an amazing company to deal with.

It was very easy using their website to order my blinds. They shipped samples very quick and offer you the same promotion from when you requested your samples. They are very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Do not buy. The instruction sheet is terrible without clear steps. The way it seems to be intended to work, doesn't physically work having a screw block the function that holds the blind in place. Would never buy this garbage again.

Found what I wanted and being decorating challenged appreciated the assistance of customer support. Samples for colors was very helpful when comparing what color blind should be used for each room, comparing during day with sunlight room and evening light for each room. Following the videos, was able to install in each room, with minimal amount of problems. Windows look great and like done professionally.
