They don't help at all. Not good at solving issues

I have called this company 3 times. Trying TO PURCHASE 3 PANELS FOR my sliding door. I'm aware warranty will not.cover the damages. I told them up front my dog was unsupervised and he chewed the bottom of the panel. They have been giving me the rum around for 3 weeks only to tells me they bo longer make 3 panels. That's complete bull$#*!. I went on the site and wow. It let me customize a package for 3 PANELS. I GUESS they want me to purchase everything for 700.00 when there's nothing wrong with the tracks. Literally the panels and truthfully the $#*! it velcro you attach to the rracks that's it. I'm not paying 700 to purchase the whole package when all I need is the 3 velcro panels. This is terrible customer service. You should be able to purchase parts instead of having to buy the whole package. They also could have told me this when I initially called the first time. They had me send pictures to waste my time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT HELP THERE CUSTOMERS ONCE YOU HAVE MADE A PURCHASE. DONT DONT COME UP WITH A SOLUTION. OR TRY TO SOLVE AN ISSUE.
