The ease of the ordering was great. If you know ALL your information, it is elementary. So great to use. Ordered one blind for a "test" window in the basement bar area and it was perfect. We ordered samples (which is great that they give up to 15 freebees)to get three more and a patio door blind as well... and convincing the wife.to do the whole house in these.

I like how I could save my cart & compare shop before I committed. I did have 1 blind that had the pull cord on the opposite side then what I ordered. I also had another blind where the pull cord strings are uneven so it causes to the blind to be uneven when pulled.
