Accidentally placed the wrong shade texture/ density by the previous rep, but it was sort of my fault too. Called customer service and spoke to Donna. She resolved it after the research and called me back to inform me that she'll send the samples and then free of charge to replace. Easy to follow when selecting color and size. Kind of misleading or confusing about the headrail that is included. Only option appears to be an additional headrail/hardware added to each shade, or blind, for an additional $30.+. I didn't order them and the headrail included wasn't difficult to install. And they look so nice.
