I just placed my 3rd order within 3 months. ALL of the blinds I've received have been perfect! The instructions for measuring and hanging couldn't be any easier and the finished product is outstanding! I've received so many compliments.

Blinds ordered on Nov 30. It is Dec27 and have not received. Have called them several times and cannot get any answers. Very difficult to reach customer service and more difficult to understand what they are saying. Don't bother ordering from this awful company.
I was so excited to finally get a curtain to cover the glass window in one of my doors at a great price. But when it arrived, I was surprised to find that it attaches with Velcro—something that wasn't obvious from the picture. I was skeptical, and for good reason. The curtain is heavy, and the Velcro is already starting to peel off the door. Yes, I followed the instructions. In the product photo, it looked so perfectly folded and polished when open, but in reality, you have to manually roll it up and tuck it into loops. Let's just say… it does not look as cute as advertised. I felt disappointed with the result of what I thought was a great find.

It is hard to find roller shades like they used to make. Home Depot has some terrible ones that don't work like the old fashioned ones that just go up and down with a tug. Happy with our blinds from Selct Blinds. Wish they had light filtering roller shades that were not so expensive.
The blinds I ordered came as advertised. They looked very nice, professionally built and packed very well for shipping. The installation instructions were easy to interpret and installation was a breeze.
I was very underwhelmed and disappointed with the blinds I ordered. The material feels cheap, the header is actually an eye sore and they let light in because the width is short. Not at all because of my measurements but instead the design. I ordered from blinds.Com before and mistakenly thought it was select blinds. The wand is sold as some sort of mechanized device when it is actually a cheap plastic difficult to use manual tool.

For how much you spend, you would expect decent customer service. My blinds are not working correctly. I've called MULTIPLE times. Never get an answer. Spoke to someone on the chat and I still haven't heard back from them. Don't waste your money.

Got the packages in 3 shipments, easy to install and fit petty well. I had order gray no drill but got beige ad gray for 2 of the windows, I was a disappointed with the mismatched colors.
I ordered these blinds for my old residence about 15 years ago and they are still in great shape. I have moved in last month and so I wanted to order the same blinds. I don't know what happened in the meantime, but these blinds are very cheesy and cheaply made. At the same time very expensive. I wouldn't recommend these blinds to anyone.

The curtains were made with pleats and very tiny plastic clips for the rod. I called the day after receiving them and told a guy our issue and he said since I called as early as I did, he would check on getting me a refund! Well, I have been sick with pneumonia that has been going on for 3 weeks and haven't checked my email until now. I am still waiting on my refund! Honestly I think we had ordered the smallest rods possible and the very tiny plastic clips would pop right off the rod!

I was thrilled stuff the faux wood roman shade I ordered for my kitchen window! It was cheaper than the quoted price (same brand) on Lowes.com and came quicker than anticipated. Thank you!
The wooden blinds were beautiful. Delivery time was as expected.The entire Select Blind Crew was so efficient in all aspects of the sales and EVEN in an "extra parts need" transaction. VERY SATISIFIED.
Overall, I'm happy with the blinds I purchased. They weren't difficult to install, but the instructions could have been more more detailed. For instance, I watched a YouTube video and found out where the battery for the motor was supposed to go and the clips for them. I would use them again for other blinds, but the amount of junk email they send is ridiculous.
Easy to install, no cords, beautiful blinds. I wanted a color other than boring plain white, off white, beige, brown or gray. I ordered baby blue! They are very pretty.
We looked for a long time at different blind companies and waited for samples, etc. After not finding what we wanted, we took a chance on SelectBlinds and just chose a color and ordered enough for the entire house. We love it! The color is perfect and the cordless bamboo blinds are wonderful and look so nice. We will be ordering again soon!
There are away too many choices of different kinds of lines with no quick way to compare their different features. It takes a long time to do comparative shopping on your website. For the vast amount of different types of blinds, there are shockingly few color choices available. I ordered every shade of brown you had as a sample, and none of them were the right fit.

I ordered just one so I could decide if this company was right for me. They returned to me just what I ordered. And the blind is easy to install. I didn't want remote because I have more windows that I plan to order. And didn't want any more remotes.every thing you buy today comes with a remote. My wife and I are very happy with our Blind. I will be possibly ordering the rest of the blinds in the near future with this company
The window measuring tool for custom orders was super helpful. The blinds fit perfectly, were easy to install, and are good quality. Happy with overall experience.
I ordered a roller shades that were supposed to be fabric as per the description. Not only were they made out of vinyl and no fabric at all but the shipping estimate was totally off. These took weeks to get. I tried to get a refund or even a credit since the product was not as described and the company refused. Very disappointed. Never had a company refuse to offer a credit or at least try to make the situation right. Would rate them negative stars if I could.

All I did was measure window I needed, making sure it was inside measure! If You want outside frame blind, you would do measurements on outside of frame. I then looked through blind Catolog on line, picked the color, size & price and placed my order, simple.
Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
