Easy to order, fast delivery, easy to install!

All I did was measure window I needed, making sure it was inside measure! If You want outside frame blind, you would do measurements on outside of frame. I then looked through blind Catolog on line, picked the color, size & price and placed my order, simple.

Terrible company

I ordered a roller shades that were supposed to be fabric as per the description. Not only were they made out of vinyl and no fabric at all but the shipping estimate was totally off. These took weeks to get. I tried to get a refund or even a credit since the product was not as described and the company refused. Very disappointed. Never had a company refuse to offer a credit or at least try to make the situation right. Would rate them negative stars if I could.

I placed my initial order with SelectBlinds on November 13,2024 for their Cordless Blackout Top Down Bottom Up Shades (82" W x 70" H) with the No-Drill Blinds mounting system. While the blinds themselves are of good quality, the No-Drill Blinds mounting system has been nothing short of a nightmare.

The mounting system consistently caused the blinds to slide down, even without use, despite my frame being wood and following the instructions, including using the supplied double-sided tape. This made the blinds unusable in practice.

Great quality and quick delivery

Received my blackout Roman shades very quickly and they are extremely well-made. Very easy to install and fit perfectly! Would highly recommend this company as I shopped several custom order blind manufacturers and this company beat their prices by hundreds of dollars. Will be ordering again! Thank you so much.

Nice blinds. Not so good customer service.

Our blinds won't roll up. I wrote an email asking for help and also used the chat. Still, no one has helped me problem solve how to get the shade to roll all the way up.

No drill blinds were too big

We purchased regular blinds and no drill blinds. The regular blinds were easy to install. For some reason, all of the no drill blinds were all too wide even though they were measured properly. We had to cut them ourselves to fit, which was a pain.

Could Not Be More Pleased With Our Roller Shades

Ordered roller shades for our new three season porch. Ordered 9 shades total - one for each of the three windows on three sides of the porch. They fit perfectly - length and width. Installation took us a bit, but they look so nice up.

Not a Happy Customer

I wish I could say my order was flawless, but that was not the case. I was able to remedy the minor width adjustments myself to ensure 3 of my 15 blinds fit properly within my window frames. But, the company sent me 3 incorrect valances. This error I could not correct without asking for replacements to the option I had actually selected. Why they would send 3 wrong selection out of 15, I don't know. And the 3 were in different rooms. So, it's not as though they got 1 room wrong. They mismatched 3 different rooms. Wouldn't that stick out like a sore thumb. Upon receipt, I called to report the issue and request a replacement. I was told I would first have to provide pictures of the front and back of each wrong valance which I did along with a detailed explanation via email. Once those images were received, I was told my request would be forwarded to another department for consideration. If that department approved the request, then the replacement order would be placed with the factory. To this date, I still have not received the 3 valances. Moreover, throughout this excessively long waiting period, I received no communication from this company unless it was initiated by me. I will never purchase from this company again. They rank very low on customer service as far as I'm concerned.

Website specs are inaccurate

The Levelor shades that we ordered are great and fit our windows perfectly. We were not happy that brackets that were included with the shades were different than on our previous shades and different than what appears on the SelectBlinds website. Customer Service was difficult to work with and it took 3 calls before we learned that the bracket shown on the website was no longer available. We were able to mount the shades with the brackets but could only put one screw into each instead of two. We are hoping these will hold for the life of the shades.

The guidelines on how to measure were very straight forward. The guide you print to record all measurements is well designed and easy to use. When it is time to order, it is easy to fill in your measurements and put a label on each window, making it easier when your order arrives to place your blinds in each room and at each window. There are instructional videos to view, on how to install the brackets and hang your blinds. It is so satisfying to see the project completed, and use your blinds. Was very impressed!
