I am very pleased with the product. Customer service is great.I had a problem with delivery from FedEx and they remade the blinds for me without any issues.

I can't believe how easy these Roman shades were to install. They probably took about 30 seconds total for two. It was almost too easy. Great quality and they fit perfectly. I'm so happy
There was good and bad, but what i paid i was expecting a premium product and simply didn't get it.
I order blackout shades which were advertised as blocking all light. I provided exact measurements for my windows as described on the site and there is still some light around the edges that comes in. While I get nothing is perfect I would have expected something better for what I paid.
The other part is the construction of the blinds themselves. Part of them don't snap in fully so if you look closely it's lacking that clean look.
I don't think I'll shop from this place again. I'll have to come up with my own solution to fully block out the light from the window.
I tried to place an order for 17 blinds... included the oops insurance... only to have the website delete the order and tell me to create a profile... I did, I reordered and things got mixed up in the process... apparently the oops insurance option wasn't selected the SECOND time around and the blinds were wrong when they showed up... well, 11 of them... doesn't make sense, but after talking with customer service, was only told all I could do is reorder, pay again! What a rip off... and crap service! Would NEVER recommend!

If you're doing internal blinds, order an inch to inch and a half shorter than your window gap. It may say that on the site, but I failed to do that. They fit! Just a little snug
Good product but the valance was supposed to be for a inside mount and sent outside mount and did not include any valance clips with order so I had to buy from amazon. Disappointing.

Fairly easy to navigate the process. Free samples were really appreciated and helped make the best selection.
Fast delivery. I wanted the blinds to open from center. I that is what I got.But did not expect the opening rod to be in center. Was expecting it to have a chain opener on the either side. Next time I order it will have opening on either side
Ordered motorized blind, took three contacts to customer service before I got someone who agreed with me that a battery pack (which was not included in shipment) was needed to operate the blind. I am still waiting for battery pack to arrive.

We were just talking about putting up verticle blinds in the dining room and decided to check it out on the internet. Your site came up first and was so user friendly. You are also having a Black Friday sale! What could be better than That?
We have 3 oddly shaped windows in our vacation home and I had no clue how we'd deal with dressing them. I also didn't want to spend thousands with the local blinds company so decided to give these a try. We already had curtains on a sliding glass door so I needed to match them. I was sent some samples and chose the one I thought was closest and ordered blackout Roman shades. My husband installed them last weekend. I was expecting to hear a lot of cursing during the process but surprisingly, they went up easily and they look awesome! The first night with them was glorious because it was a full moon and the shade totally blocked all the moonlight from hitting our eyes right underneath the window. They're easy to raise and lower and have a custom look without the high price. Very pleased with this purchase.
Love our new blinds. They add such a statement to our kitchen/dining area. I did not love that they were more opaque than expected and the back strings were visible through the front. That was solved by leaving them drawn up most of the time. Overall, we love them! Installation was easy and the fit was perfect.
We ended up getting 2nd pair of shades due to 1st ones being too narrow. Hard to understand measuring even with customer service. It all worked out well. 1st pr will be fine in bedroom windows.
Quick & easy order, delivery and installment was also seamless. The light does get filtered thru the blinds but it's still rather bright for those who like to sleep in the dark.
We ordered blinds on a Saturday. We needed to change the size. We attempted to change the size in the mandatory 24 hour window. We couldn't get ahold of anyone by phone on Sunday. We attempted to use the online chat function which did not work. They would not refund us despite following their guidelines and playing by their rules. They demonstrate fraudulent business practices. Use caution when ordering blinds from them.
Item came neatly packaged, instructions were enclosed. The item was high quality and things looked ok for install. Installation was quite easy with three brackets only to hang shade. Friends say shades are sleek looking and complement the living room.
The instructions didn't match the item I ordered. Was hard to get in touch with support. The product is an upgrade for sure but instal was not as advertised.

We were back to buy a different style of blind in addition to buying a similar blind that we had previouly ordered and liked very much.
We measured incorrectly, but had purchased the FIT Guarantee. Customer service guided us through reordering and the outcome this time was terrific! Will continue to order from Select Blinds for replacements that we need.

Answer: Semi scam. They do not honor 3 yr warranty. My claim, 6418454 was literally IGNORED with non response.
Answer: They won't accept returns. I ordered shades, which the pictures from their website clear show have a hidden bracket in the same color as the shade. We got bright white brackets that curl around the front of the shade and will be very visible to everyone in the room. They will look like a cheap knockoff.
Answer: I ordered on line from Home Depot. Better quality that Select's private label brand and quick delivery. I received perfect quality shades in 8 days. Select kept delaying and was up to 3 months delivery and counting when I finally was able to cancel.
