I contacted asking about an unknown charge, I was told what the charge was for. That part was fine. I then requested that the subscription was cancelled, I received no answer and I was recently charged again. I was also told that a refund was being/had been processed and I haven't received that either.
No one can tell me how to restore my account. I used PayPal and they keep declining my payments. They needed a copy of my ID and cc#. I sent them my ID but I didn't use a CC, I used PayPal. So I don't know what else to do. This is ridiculous.

I asked for a fairly simple, straightforward breakdown of the payment. Because what they are charging me is $3-$4 MORE than the site itself has outlined. It is VERY disconcerting that your Representatives have literally no idea how or why they are charging the amount they are. Inability to respond to such a simplistic inquiry, speaks to whether or not your actually trustworthy.
Very short reply just stating that they cannot help me. Unwilling to offer any alternative. Very disappointed in their level of customer service. There is no way that it is actually true that there isn't a way to refund at all
I canceled a subscription, 'Girlsway', in Time and got a confirmation from Segpay. Regardless, I was debit next time.
I told it Segpay. Simple Auswertung "this is true, but we can't Do anything. Please tell 'Girlsway' "
So the only help was: "we can't help"
Pressed a button on a website to get info on an upgrade and was charged $120 for something I was just trying to learn about. Brought it to customer service and essentially told to pound sand.
I have been unable to solve the payment issue after contacting 2 people. I have been unable to to purchase credits on the website. Everytime I click to buy credits it keeps directing me to an error page.

I don't believe I had used up all my credits from a previous payment made to Sega Pay and not sure why I was told my account was not usable making its use shut off? Please Advise and provide documentation as to why I lost part of my paid credits? Thanks JK

Very desapointed! I offered to stay with you through a site by getting a discount that I would get with epoch.com and you guys are not offering anything! This is rediculous. I guess I will only deal only with epoch in the futur.
